Had them replace our electric panel. Fair pricing and quick service, would definitely recommend.

Inca electrical was by for one of the best service providers I've ever used. They are extraordinary in their delivery, professionalism, and work product. They were easy to work with and incredibly honest. My EV charger had to be wired across my house and beside my garage. They cut ONE hole and used every access point with skill and precision. I will 100% use them in future electrical needs and recommend them without hesitation. Henry runs a great business. read more

Henry is a nice guy, but unfortunately the workmanship of his team has left a lot to be desired. Even the simple parts of the job (replacing outlets and switches) have really not held up, and some switches need to be fixed by another electrician. Here's one example in the photo below. It's annoying that several of these will need to be redone. read more

Inca installed an EV charger which included upgrading our electric box. Henry proviided a very detailed quote including the pros and cons of upgrading the box. When we contracted the work, it was scheduled within a week. His crew was friendly, respectful, professional, efficient and clean. The inspection was a day later. Finally, and for the win, not only was the work well done, but the price was incredible. We will be using him again. Thank you Henry! read more

Henry and his team were extremely professional and did a very clean install for a 240V 14-50 EV outlet. Faced an unnecessary challenge with multiple wood beams that they worked through as well. I would recommend them without any doubts. read more

I needed a new electrician since my old one went out of business. I did some research online and found Inca Electric and Henry. I spoke with Henry on Thursday and he sent out Pat on Monday to give me an estimate. Pat was then able to do the job the same day. He was fast, thorough and the price was very reasonable. He even fixed a few other electrical issues in the house. I now have a new electrician! read more

Henry and his team are incredible! They replaced our electrical panel which needed a 200 amp heavy up, and they hey dealt with all the permits and coordination with inspectors and Pepco. Henry answered all our questions, was responsive and very professional. We had such a great experience we then had his team install new outlets, fix outlets that weren't working , and help us figure out switches throughout the house. I would like to recommend Inca Electric. I call on a Sunday when I suspected that something might have been wrong with the power outlet of my brand new dryer. Henry the owner contacted me back right away, he gave me a window of time when he would come by on Monday. He call me before leaving his previous job and made it on time. Henry snd his assistant found the issue and in less than 29 min they were done. I was able to pay the electronically and email me a receipt right away! Fair, efficient, and reliable. Highly recommend! read more

These guys are very professional and reasonable. the quote was fair and they were efficient in getting the sockets in our house updated. They even tried to fix an issue I had with the circuit for the electric sockets tied to the same switch as the lights. (This was common in older homes.) They wouldn't be able to fix it without identifying the box where it's tied (would've taken too long and involved poking holes in the ceiling), but they did manage to rewire so it was easier to know which switches went to which. When there's time to do more (likely next year), I'll call them again. read more

I was looking to have an outdoor outlet installed at the front of the house. Henry came out in person to do the estimate and was able to see a way to do the work externally versus running a line from the circuit box through the interior which saved me money. His guys Bryan and Luis arrived promptly, were very professional and got the work done. Henry was in communication with me through text while they were here and realized the original outlet we spoke about wouldn't work well with a certain element in my setup (photocell controlled when the line would turn on) and made sure I knew that and was ok going with a different outlet that would work with this setup. The outlet works great and we'll be able to have Xmas decorations outside this year! Thank you Inca Electric! read more

Very professional and prompt - I have reached out to a few local electrical companies & individuals for quotes and Henry replied quickly with a detailed estimate break down. The rate is competitive and I decided to work with Inca mostly due to the glowing reviews here on Yelp. I would like to add one more to the growing list of positive reviews - Henry and his employee arrived with shoe covers and work carpet, they showed great expertise on what they do and made some solid recommendations. The job was finished professionally, quickly, and with no surprise. I couldn't ask for a better experience and would love to recommend Inca Electric as well. read more

This is a great company for any type of electrical work. We recently had a water leak in our rental house that ruined the electrical panel. After talking with many other companies, I decided to go with Henry, the owner, due to straight forward pricing. There were few other companies that offered a little less but I didn't feel comfortable with their shady pricing and lack of knowledge on the job. Only problem working with Inca was I had to wait a few weeks since Henry was heavily booked. I can understand now why they are so busy.. I hope to work with them very soon for our residence to install an EV charger. Awesome service ! Thanks Inca Electric! read more

Second time I've called Inca to install an upstairs ceiling fan -- swift, professional service. Thank you Inca.

Excellent customer service. We reached out to varios vendors in this app on a weekend and Inca Electric was very responsive, affordable, honest and in time for service. They came prepared, I have carpet floors and I didn't have to ask for them to remove their shoes or anything. They came ready with the socks to put on top of the shoes and they were very pleasant and friendly. They were quick in identifying the electric problem I had. Thank you. read more

These guys were awesome! Henry was able to come out to give us an estimate within a short period from when we reached out and by the end, the price we paid was on line with the estimate. The price we paid was fair and was what we were planning to pay pre-estimate. Henry, Bryan, and Luis were the crew that did all the work for us and they were awesome. Installed ceiling fans, re-wired switches, replaced outlets, installed ceiling lights, upgraded our electrical panel. They did alot of work and it's safe to say we're happy with all of it. On top of it, they cleaned up everything very nicely and were respectful/timely. And while it was expected, the panel upgrade passed inspection very easily so we can know everything was done to the highest standard! We fully plan on hiring Inca Electric again whenever we need electrical work! read more

The business never followed through to schedule work despite assuarances and a good deal of waiting on my end

Henry was great. He responded to my initial inquiry within the hour and was very flexible in terms of scheduling a quote meeting. Other quotes we received told us we would need to have a complete rewiring and fuse box replacement. When Henry came to give us a quote, he gave us honest advice (no, you don't need a rewire and a new electrical box, at least not now) and fixed a few of our immediate electrical problems right there on the spot. I appreciate the fact that Henry gave us an honest appraisal that actually ended up saving us money in the long run. read more

Fantastic from start to finish! Henry responded to my request for an estimate with detailed questions & was able to give me a rough estimate right away. He needed to see where wires needed to be run so he came on schedule to update his estimate which was $440 less than the other estimate I received. He came right on time to do the work and finished promptly. He found that he didn't need to do a step he had expected so he charged LESS than his estimate. When does that ever happen. Thank you Henry! read more

Inca Electric did a superb job installing two recessed LED lights and removing the old fixtures. They also installed several dimmer switches. I would definitely recommend them. Henry was responsive to my online inquiry and was readily available to drop by to check out the issue and give me a quote. He was able to perform the work the same day. I needed a dedicated line for my microwave- which he took care of no problem, but he also alerted me to a code violation and fire hazard in my breaker box (mismatched wire to breaker size). He was able to fix this for me as well. He wore a mask and footies, and offered to refer someone for the drywall patchwork. Overall very pleased and would hire again. read more

I strongly recommend Inca Electric. I needed a NEMA 6-20 240v outlet added, I had several electricians tell me it couldn't be done on my older panel. Henry was able to get it done very quickly at literally half the cost I was quoted from others. Don't bother with anyone else, go straight to Inca Electric, you won't regret it. read more

Henry was responsive from the start, provided a fair estimate, and did the work in exactly the amount of time he said he would--no surprises. He put in a new and larger electrical box in our garage, combining the two smaller ones that existed previously. It was a pleasure working with Henry and his team, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat if we need any electric work done in the future. read more

I strongly recommend Inca Electric! They are professional, knowledgeable, very responsive and work fast, while maintaining high quality work. I needed to get 20 recess lights (with dimmers) installed throughout the living room, hallway and three bedrooms. I contacted them on Tuesday 11/17. They did a site visit and provided a cost estimate on 11/18. Then, they completed all the work in one day on 11/19. They also replaced five old outlets. They had multiple workers on-site to get the job done efficiently. The recess lights look and work great! They recommended that I use recess lights that let me change the tone of the light (from yellow to white). This is great because I'm going to paint the rooms over the weekend and have the option to change the tone of the lights, depending on the color of each room. They also cleaned after the job was completed. Here is a photo of the hallway leading to the living room. read more
