I have used Maxi Electrical Power since 2014. Despite being built in 1989, my house relied on lamps and very few fixtures. Cesar has installed recess lights throughout the house as well as fans and 3 chandeliers. He's added 4 sconces and replaced fixtures and many outlets. He did the wiring to change 2 wood fireplaces into gas as well as the sauna we installed. The quality of his work is impeccable. I highly recommend Cesar Polania and his company, Maxi Electrical Power. I have known Cesar for 17 years, he told me I was his first customer! At that time, he did the electric for our home remodel, upped our circuit Box to 220 amps, installed wired smoke detectors and installed GFI plugs. Most recently, he assisted me in checking off a list of contingencies for my upcoming home sale. He replaced a scorched wire and identified the cause. He insp the box and even walked with around the exterior of my home to insure the electric coming into the home was up to code. Cesar Polonia, the main electrician for this business, is FANTASTIC. I contacted him because of the high praise he was given on a neighborhood listserve, and I was not disappointed. He was able to meet me the next day to help fix an old wiring issue in my house. The wires were so old that when I went to change a light, the coating fell right off them leaving exposed wires. In addition, the wires were connected to additional lights in other rooms. When he came, he first thought he would have to cut into the ceiling at least 3 feet wide to pull out the wire, but after explaining my situation for the need of a quick turnaround, he went out of his way to avoid damaging the ceiling. He also was very tidy and extremely thorough at cleaning up after he and his partner were done. Cesar answered all my questions all the while being polite and friendly.
