Wonderful. Fantastic. Great. Will use them forever…read more I initially called WM Roofing for driveway sealant. Was really happy with what Henry had to say as well as his price (literally 1/3 of what at least one other estimate was), and even better, he said "Yeah, we also do gutter work and siding power washing". They did so with no hesitation. Really happy with everything and we will definitely have them come back every 2-3 years for more power washing and driveway sealing.

I called Bob and left a message asking if he would be interested in checking out the issue for us and he was at our house within 15 mins and was up on the roof repairing that section this time. He didn't charge me a penny and would not take payment. Bob is the most decent, honest and caring business owner I've ever done business with. Victor came out and conducted a garage attic inspection using a tall ladder ceiling hatch. He didn't enter the lighted attic but just did a visual inspection using a flashlight. After his inspection, Victor claimed one side of my roof needed an asphalt roofing patch. What he didn't tell me was that, five to six feet from his attic ladder inspection, was an extremely obvious water pipe leak that had created black fungus on nearby wood. So obvious you could easily view without a flashlight. So what we have here is deceiving a possible customer by telling him he has a roofing leak when, in reality, a plumber was needed to correct the interior water pipe leak. Thus, my one-star rating, which actually should be lower.

For the first time I realize I had been hearing a fair amount of outside noise (which I'd apparently gotten used to), because these windows/doors are soundproof; now I don't hear anything at all from outside! And even better, the windows are easy to open, and my sliding glass doors actually slide well in the track, and are not shaking and drafty when it's windy outside -- major improvements from my old, builder-grade, 20+ year-old windows/sliding door. Further, the service crew was excellent -- careful, kind, professional, efficient, and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Roger, the foreman, has been doing this work for almost 30 years, and Jose, who single-handedly carried in/out the windows/doors, has been doing this work for 10+ years. I didn't get the name of the quiet third service person who was mostly outside and on the ladders, also very efficient. fyi, they did mention that working on the 4th floor of our condos from ladders was a bit more challenging as the original builder-grade windows had been made to fit by being packed/taped in place from the outside, which necessitated them having to actually break some of the glass to be able to pull the old windows out. But they did it - and did it well. Finally, Shaun, the project manager who gave me my estimate and oversaw the project from estimate, HOA approval process, to completion, was great. Highly recommended.

This was a job for replacement of old siding on an old house. I got a recommendation from another contractor and gave them a try for a competitive bid. This was the first time I had had to carry out a siding project and I had a lot of questions (and changed my mind a bit too... he did not get annoyed, thank you Tyler!). The contract and approval were online, which I appreciate. The work was scheduled and done in four days, and the work is excellent. Tyler checked in with me twice a day to see how things were going. He made suggestions and incorporated my ideas as the job was going on. One reviewer here complained about the person answering the phone and I have to agree, she is not the best (in 2023), but I never had to deal with her after the first call.
