From install to cleaning. It's disruptive and confusing when strangers show up to your house, and I addressed that with more than one employee since my contract in September 2021. Most importantly, the two boys who arrived at 4:19 pm cursed the entire time, did not use a ladder but hoisted each other up onto my roof by hand, stared into the camera, and were disgustingly rude. Literally on their phones cursing and laughing and stomping on my roof. I'm outraged that they would employ people like this, and I am truly furious that my children heard them on the camera. I could not be more upset. Terrible employees. Would never recommend. Wish I read more reviews rather than take one person's suggestion. At that point you do something I have a problem with, you waste the one thing none of us can afford to waste, you waste time. In this case you waste my time and that, especially when you do it repeatedly, I find annoying and unprofessional. If you can't do a job, say that, I am happy to give business to others. For backstory: We had a leak coming into our home for a few months before their service. Since they offered a complete evaluation of the roof and gutter area, I decided to go with this team. When they finished, I reached out to receive their report via email. It came back saying everything was in good shape, so we had a contractor come out to take another look. Turns out the repair needed was so obvious to the contractor (from two stories below) that he didn't even have to use his drone to evaluate the damage. It's hard to wonder how these professionals missed such a glaring problem. Just yesterday, we had a handyman come out to do the repair and while up on the roof they noted that we even had a tile completely broken in half just above the damage to the soffet and fascia (of which you could see from below). In a sentence: This team cleans gutters, if you are in need of a reliable inspection/maintenance evaluation--I suggest you go with someone else.

He was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable of the situation. We scheduled a day/time for him to arrive and he arrived exactly on time. He came by to check out my issue on the roof, explained what was going on, gave me a reasonable estimate and was ready and willing to fix the issue on-site. Since I had a few other issues internally with the roof, he agreed to come back the following week to finish up the issues. I can't believe he and his colleagues were able to assist me so quickly. They get BIG time props from me! I'm really satisfied with the work that was provided. He even came back to finish up the job on the inside.
