One was unavailable for 2 weeks (with major rain predicted), one came in with a higher price, and Dan Parks Home Improvement came in with a more reasonable price. I found this company to be reputable, and they were also willing to work on the weekend to get things finished before the weather turned rainy again. I was happy with the quality of the work, the timeframe for completion, and the price. After they completed this work, I hired them to do some other repairs, including work on the chimney (which I already knew I was going to have to do eventually) and repairs to gutters with installation of gutter covers (another project I had been considering). Edit for follow-up: This company also spoke to my insurance adjuster and helped me get approval to proceed with repair without waiting. The insurance adjuster visited this morning, inspected the roof, and approved the claim in full (no adjustment except for the deductible).

Not very flexible or accommodating. Seems like they basically hire a crew to do the job. I wasn't happy with the customer service that I received and they will hound you for payment as soon as the job is completed. Unfortunately when dealing with insurance companies you are on their schedule. I have a couple of townhouses that are in need of roof replacement but I am not going to utilize this company. I also had numerous inquiries from neighbors in need of roofs but I'm not recommending their services.

Their presentation was very professional and things were broken down in a very clear and easy to follow manner. Their pricing seems reasonable for the work that they needed to do. Once we approved the work, Piney Orchard Roofing was able to get us on the schedule pretty quickly. The work took two days, but that was because of the extreme heat and we needed a lot of panels replaced. After the work was finished, Tony made sure to answer any remaining questions I had and that the work was quality. No excuse, just too distracted. Mike came to my house, looked carefully at my 2 ceiling leaks, immediately hoisted up the ladder and climbed to the roof. He found the first leak source in about 20 seconds, climbed down the ladder, got a tube of silicon and squirted it into the hole, and then found the source of the 2nd leak, which was my chimney. He even did a little repair to that as well. Then, he refused to take any money since it "was nothing". Well, it was certainly something really big to me. What a kind generous man, representing a kind and generous company. I recommend them to everyone who needs roof repair.. absolutely everyone.

All of this was decided by standing on the side walk, looking about three stories up, basically not seeing the true problem. Essentially, they're more interested in replacing than repairing. Which means more money for the company. Did he climb up to said roof to see the problem? No. Did he ask to see the interior where water is actually leaking? No. While this "estimate" only lasted about 5-10 minutes, was it a waste of both of our time? Yes.
