Once they were finished he demanded payment, when I pointed out issues he got visibly angry and started yelling at me. Said he "wasn't god." I had to go, because remember, this was an unplanned visit. He followed me until I told him I would be back in a few hours. When I would point out issues he said it looked great and there was nothing to worry about. The only thing he was willing to do was clean the stone, which does nothing for the grout. He also upsold us on a driveway replacement, which I regret now as he was very pushy and we probably didn't need it. I can honestly say that it's worse now that they've done the work. I tried to get a refund and they refused. It's questionable whether they are even licensed in Virginia.
