Have used Dr Glass twice now and both times the results were outstanding. They do inside, outside, screens, and the groove in the bottom that collects crud. It will look like new. You don't need to move things out of the way or do any prep (unless something is unusually fragile); they will take care of that. No drips or splashes. You will be comfortable with them in your house. They also repair damaged screens, replacing the mesh, very convenient. They are not cheap but if you have a place with many windows, be honest with yourself, you will never get around to doing them. Even if you have the supposedly easy-open easy-clean double hung windows. Clean windows make your rooms sparkle and outside colors look more vivid. Totally worth doing every few years. read more

Dr Glass has cleaned our windows for about the past 10 years. During this time we have had some ups and down with scheduling and personnel. The low point was when Otto brought a steel wool pad and explained to me how to use it to clean the windows. Also when they broke a grid on the garage window, although they did make it right. We have now settled on Luis, Patricia, and Robert as the team of choice, and are extremely pleased with their work. In the final analysis, what matters is that the windows are clean and there is no collateral damage. Also Molly the manager is accommodating and anxious to please in making and changing arrangements. I don't post that many reviews for services, but reliable window washers can be difficult to find. This is a review for the NoVa franchise (Tim Poly). I needed some window washing and contacted Tim. Got an estimate via email and then scheduled a date. Tim's team showed up and spent several furious hours cleaning all the windows. I was quite impressed with the service and will use them again. They had one crew wash windows inside the house while a separate crew with ladders washed the exterior. I also have some very old windows and they were appropriately gentle with them. read more
