So, was happy with them for some things and not so happy with others…read more The good: They did clean a lot of things I didn't anticipate; and did a fantastic job on the owner's suite bathroom tub, caulk seal, and grout. The meh: Their dusting was just ok - a lot left in the blinds. The ugly: They turned my side table around to clean behind it, and things weren't returned to the state they were in. The drawers were facing the bed so they wouldn't open, the power cord management box was behind the side table vice beside it, lamps were unplugged. Also, we have those "Indows" plexiglass window inserts for sound isolation. They pulled one of them out (to clean the window i guess) and managed to scratch the plexiglass in the process - about a 4-5" gash, and did not put the indow back in. I mean, I thought they didn't do windows anyway? Why wouldn't they ask how it worked or if they should clean the window? I think if I were to have them back I'd have to supervise, or set expectations for them not to touch windows and to return things the way they were.

Found this company through their amazing Yelp reviews and their services did not disappoint. I…read morescheduled a deep clean and have since scheduled regular cleanings twice a month. They've converted me as I wasn't previously someone who wanted to go through what I thought was a hassle to have cleaners come in, but Capital Maids makes it easy and the end results are just wow. Getting an estimate and the first cleaning scheduled was easy--super responsive, and the team arrived promptly at my requested time. Man, did they get down to business quickly, carefully, and did an amazing job. I'd meant to do a "pre-cleaners' clean" to move a lot of clutter out of the way and get bags of unfolded laundry put in the closet so that they had a clearer workspace: when I saw how they had straightened up my bedroom in addition to cleaning, I breathed a huge sigh of relief! My half-finished organizing projects and haphazard stacks of things waiting to be weeded through were all neatly arranged and order was restored, in addition to the vacuuming and dusting, plus flawless bed made. The jumbles of clothes on my "chairderobe" (you know, that piece of furniture that collects unfolded clean clothes and clothes that don't need to be washed) were all impeccably smoothed and expertly folded. I was working from home in another room and they didn't bother me with questions or make much noise, just politely asked me to move to a clean room once they needed to work on the room I was in. Bathrooms are sparkling, kitchen stove top looks almost new, visual order has been restored in my family room, lol. The end result: a nice reboot on my two bed, two bath condo that had been neglected for too long and needed a good top to bottom clean. Treat yo self and schedule a cleaning with Capital Maids--you won't be disappointed and it will be such a relief to have one less item on your to-do list.

When I called to ask where they were, they said that it was my fault because they had my wrong phone number in their system. Never mind that they also had my email address (which they didn't use) and that they also had my correct phone number as we had spoken on the phone and all phones capture phone numbers. They also could have just showed up as expected (that is what it is called an appointment). When I asked when they could reschedule, they only offered times when I specifically said I could not be home to let them in. I received no apologies and no offer to remedy the situation. I will have to stay up all night to clean my house for my party. Not recommended.

We were very displeased with the service we received from Ecoverde and will not use them again…read more They texted us a question while their cleaner was in the house; we responded immediately, and they never replied. As a result, they did not clean the first level of our home, because they wanted to charge extra for a "basement." A basement is underground -- ours is not. Not only did they completely skip one full level of the home, they still charged us for the total square footage of the entire house AND tried to overcharge us for extra services we clearly stated we did NOT want. This was a deeply disappointing experience from start to finish, and they have absolutely lost us as customers.

I wasnt sure what to expect since the price was much better than the competition. The reviews were great so I gave them a shot. Joe's team did such an amazing job, for such a competitive price that I will certainly be using them every time from here on out. Also, great to do business with; initially I made two appointments for different properties and had to cancel one. Joe refunded the money for the canceled appointment, no hassle.
