    Ghastly cleaners. Came in for deep clean for the first time and asked me whether it was a move out clean. House is full of furniture, clearly we are not moving out. First thing they do is spray the stove grates down. I tell the lady in the bathroom no bleach on the tiles. Another comes down and asks if she can use bleach on the white wood trim! I have never heard of anyone using a acidic product on wood before. They clean, counter tops are left dirty, I didn't see the corners at first but looked after they left. Worst part is that the grate cleaner took the finish off my stainless stove console and scratched it for good measure in multiple pla e. It's a $3000 stove. The owner is now telling me he can fix it with a stainless polish. No. It has to be replaced. These amateurs will never set foot in my house again. I will update if I get a satisfactory resolution. 7/7/19 This owner is clearly entirely disingenuous. He writes that he wants to "resolve" this issue AFTER he has first agreed to replace the piece (less costly than what I paid for the cleaning) and then reneged on that offer saying his cleaners adamantly refuse blame (what a shock!) and stating he will NOT pay for the damage. This response is entirely an attempt to make the business look responsive to complaints which they are not.

    Vents after the "move out" cleaning

    Let me start out by expressing my disappointment in your professionalism and communication. Considering all of our communication was done through text or email, it was surprising how much confusion took place during our experience with your company. When I first reached out, I explained that I was in need of a Move Out cleaning along with carpet cleaning. I was quoted $250 for services. At no time during our interactions was I made aware that there would be any additional payment. Once accepting the price of $250, we booked an appointment for a 9 am time slot. I paid via Venmo and received written confirmation that payment was received. When the cleaning service arrived, I inquired about the carpet cleaning services and received blank stares. They said that they do not perform that service and maybe it was a different company. When I reached out to you about this matter you replied that the cleaning service would be there between 2-3 in the afternoon. Again, no where in our exchanges was this information relayed. Up until this point, I was under the impression that our cleaning appointment was still at 9 am. I then had to adjust meetings and work in order to accommodate the schedule change. It wasn't until the carpet cleaning service showed up when my aggravation grew exponentially. Upon his arrival, we were told that we had not paid for this service and must do so prior to the service. I received a phone call from you where I was told that the carpet cleaning is additional and he will give us a quote at the time of his arrival. When I expressed my frustration about this matter, explaining that I was never told about this additional charge, I was told by you that I had two choices; either pay the fee or tell him to leave. At that time I did not have any other options, considering my lease was ending the next day. To top it all off, after requesting an invoice of services rendered it took two days to receive. It was very clear that invoices are not a common practice for you considering it was created four days after services occurred. You were then asked to change the date to reflect date of service and when you were unable to do so, stopped responding all together. I am happy to include screenshots of both that interaction along with our exchanges prior to the services if needed. This brings me to the breakdown of actual services rendered by your company. In complete honesty, it would have been easier if we hadn't hired a service at all. Considering it was entitled a "Move Out" service, I spent over three hours cleaning after the fact. Baseboards and windows were left untouched and dust still clung to places everywhere. Wall were filthy and trash was left all over the carpets. Again, I have pictures of the condition of the house as it was left after the fact. The carpet cleaner must have been someone who did not know how to use his machine. Not a single stain was treated prior to cleaning and from what I can tell, he went over the carpets using just a water rinse. Please tell me how I was able to get out 90% of the stains using my own small device after the "professional" couldn't seem to get them out. Large amounts of carpets where overlooked and clearly left untouched. Evidence of the fact that they were left bone dry. It's safe to say that our experience was less than sub-par and will be paying the price as evidence of our security deposit refund. I sincerely hope this is not how you perform business on a regular basis. I reached out to SupremeTeam six days after service. I waited to receive our invoice with fear that it would prolong the request. That brought us to two days after service and four days to compose my thoughts and ideas. After directly reaching out to express my disappointment with the company, I was told that because I did not immediately report my disappointment the same day, they were not willing to make any accommodations nor willing to work with us to resolve the matter. When asked why I didn't ask them to come back my response was that I had already seen their capabilities. It was at this time that they blamed their abysmal services on me and the fact that I didn't report it sooner...

There is some back and forth because I'm trying to figure out how we went from "I'll be there in 15 minutes" to changing the arrival time to 11 to 12. At this point, I'm annoyed. There must have been bad information on the corporate side, because the cleaners arrived by 9:25. I'm irritated, but just happy they arrived. Spekless said "a goodwill $25 credit will be added to my account for the day's service. At this point, I'm like "that's nice of them." But then, I notice that when I was getting ready to leave out about an hour after they arrived, they were finishing up. I have a 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo and it's about 650 sq feet. But I paid for a deep clean so I'm wondering how are they finished in 60 minutes. I didn't pay it too much attention. I left for my appointment and when I got back they were gone. I did a check of the spot, and my God. My TV and Alexa screens were dusty. But my biggest shock was my stove was still filthy; it was greasy with caked on gunk still everywhere. And they didn't even bother to clean under the hood. Is that not part of my kitchen? There was a stain on my floor by my dishwasher. You know what was still on the floor by my dishwasher when I got home after they just finished cleaning? The stain that was there before they arrived. I continue to have issues with cleaning companies, but this is by far the most egregious. Then I reached out to corporate and told them what happened. They said they'd issue a $50 credit. For the way my house was left, they should have covered half the service, not $50. They also charged me the full $226, so now I'm waiting for a $50 credit back to me. I doubt I'll ever receive it. Either I'm a super picky person to please, or the reviews being left are from their family and friends. Because no way I'm an anomaly in this situation. The service sucked. Bad. Oh, they also said if I book a regular cleaning, they'd add on a deep cleaning at no charge. I'm not spending another dime with a company that did me dirty (literally) the first time. No thanks! Book with another company.

When we raised concerns on several occasions, the attitudes of some team members worsened rather than improved. During subsequent visits, staff made condescending and inappropriate remarks, creating an uncomfortable work environment. There was also an incident of petty theft that was caught on camera. When we confronted the company, the item was returned, but no meaningful action or accountability followed. On multiple appointments, teams arrived and claimed "nothing needed to be cleaned" and attempted to leave without performing services. It became clear that the company did not take our concerns seriously or care about maintaining professional standards. Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience, and we would not recommend this company for office cleaning services. (Update) And they are lying. I have many emails showing proof of theft and the team acknowledging the theft, of the conversations with the team of them returning the stolen items. These guys are scoundrels. Wow, I am not surprised , I also encountered very shady behaviors from their team during the work. If you do decide to give this company a try, please be careful.

Rosa and her assistant arrived early, even though I was expecting them at 1:30 pm. The main task was to rinse and clean the dishes from our last meal, which we did not have energy for after cooking for nearly two days and managing our two-year old! They asked questions about where things should be put away, and where supplies were located and where the trash was located. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. They didn't just do the basics, they really went above and beyond and did a deep clean of our counters, appliance cart, and microwave. The floors looked fantastic, the powder room looked great and small corners were taken care of. They were also careful with my belongings and moved through the house efficiently without rushing through cleaning. I offered extra to help clean our ceiling fan, which they took care of. It was clear their company team was friendly, respectful, and clearly took a lot of pride in their work.Rose Magic Cleaning will be who I call next time for reliable, high-quality cleaning services with a personal touch. Rosa is especially good at text communication--when she came for an estimate, she texted me later with complete plans & options--monthly deep cleans vs weekly regular cleaning, etc. She takes her work seriously and is proud of it, with good reason! They always do an excellent job.
