I wasn't planning to write a review, but after several reminders from Yelp, and after finding far…read morebetter alternatives - I decided others should be warned. This review is specifically about their move-out cleaning service. Their existing positive reviews appear to be for regular/standard cleaning, which is a different scope and pricing structure. Anyone searching specifically for move-out cleaning should not rely on the overall rating - my experience suggests it doesn't reflect this service line at all. This company reached out to me first with an attractive offer: full service breakdown, plus a discount. Once I engaged, the reality didn't match the pitch: * Communication was poor - I had to repeatedly chase them for callbacks. * The "quote" turned out to be just an hourly rate with a 2-hour minimum, not a fixed price. * When I asked what happens if the job runs long, they had no answer beyond calling mid-job to approve extra charges. * I gave full apartment details and had their supervisor visit in person to assess the exact scope -- yet they still refused to commit to a fixed price. * When I added professional carpet cleaning, they simply added a charge and claimed it would still fit the same 2-2.5 hour window, which felt designed to keep the quote artificially low. * After I asked for transparency and requested to speak with the owner, they messaged that they no longer wanted the job -- after all the time I'd invested. After reading other reviews on Yelp and Google Maps, I found I'm not the only one who encountered this exact pattern - particularly the refusal to commit to a fixed price even after an in-person estimate. This is not an isolated miscommunication; it reflects a deliberate business model built around mid-job upselling. By calling customers partway through the job to demand more money, they exploit the fact that switching providers at that point is inconvenient and costly, making most people simply agree rather than push back. This appears to be a calculated and predatory practice, not an oversight. I later found other reputable cleaning companies offering fixed pricing by apartment size/scope, plus a free re-cleaning guarantee if issues come up at final inspection. That's the standard to expect. Bottom line: if a cleaning company won't give a fixed price even after an in-person estimate, that's a red flag. Open-ended hourly billing gives them every incentive to run the clock, not finish efficiently.

A couple of disappointing experiences with this company. With our first cleaning, we were out of…read moretown and the team did not complete several basic cleaning tasks, including cleaning the shower, swiffering the floors, and vacuuming. They also completely missed cleaning the master bathroom and guest bathroom. For a deep clean, how are you missing so many parts of the apartment? We also sent a video of our apartment prior to the service. We brought this up with them and they sent a second team a few days later to make up for it. That team did a good job. However, they were over 45 minutes late despite being given a one-hour arrival window. We also sent clear instructions (written instructions and videos) and they still didn't know how to locate our specific building and apartment. The same team returned for a second cleaning, and they were once again over 45 minutes late. It's like everything we uploaded onto our dashboard account was not reviewed prior to the cleanings. While we appreciated that they addressed the issues with the initial cleaning, the repeated lateness and inconsistency in service makes the overall experience frustrating. We expected a more reliable and thorough service for the price. We won't be considering them for services again.
