We are in the process of selling our house. As part of that process, we found a violation in our HOA packet that had to be cleared up. 1. Don't get me started on how horrible our HOA is. 2. Tony saved the day. His price was reasonable, and honestly, the amount of work he did and the quality of that work puts him in that rare 6-star range. But he deserves even more kudos than being a high-quality professional. We called him early on Saturday am. But at 1 pm, our driveway, siding, and front porch had been power washed. The driveway looks like it is brand new! Add to that, Tony is a nice person. You can't be fast, high quality, friendly service!!!! read more

Servicemen showed up on time. Took his time to do an exceptionally good job, and then invited me out to showcase a few areas that were problematic. Total pro. Will reach out to this vendor in the future, no question. read more

Fantastic service! Tony responded quickly, with the best price and immediate availability. The quality of work was fantastic; pressure washing siding and slate patio. After our HOA's annual inspection, we were asked to have the exterior of our 3-story townhouse cleaned. Tony contacted me after I put in my Yelp inquiry for bids. He was very responsive to questions I had and we settled on a date/time for the work. Tony also had the best price compared to other companies. Tony and Kevin came by this afternoon (6/10/24) and power washed the front and back of our townhouse. They were considerate of our neighbors and asked me to have them move their cars out of their driveways because it was so windy today, and they didn't want the outdoor bleach solution they were using to get on their cars. They were very professional and our house looks great! read more

Super fast and clean. Left my home sparkling clean after pressure wash. Great price and experience. Highly recommend.

Got a quote after giving Tony a list of all the windows we wanted cleaning. After agreeing to a price and time he came out and said 3 skylights that were included on the list would be 3 x$25 more and other windows were more also. After he checked his cell phone to look at the quote, he said those windows were listed, but they would be more cost anyway. A BAIT AND SWITCH! We told him not to do the job. read more

Awesome people to work with. I always have them clean my gutters for me. They are honest and reliable.

Used a different company for over a decade that significantly raised their price for basic gutter cleaning by 1/3. Many of the older companies are being brought up by franchises. I was looking for an excellent small business to believe in again. Then I found Tony's Power Washing. The crew arrived on time, did a great job, and cleared the fallen gutter leaves from my walk and driveway. The crew Informed me of a loose gutter and potential future repairs. Great to work with, not pushy or demanding, and at a great price. I will call again for my spring clean-up. read more
