Timely, professional, detail-oriented. Pete's crews have washed our home, deck and sidewalk for over 10 years. Wouldn't use anyone else.

This was the best experience. Superior came out right away, gave us a great price and delivered great service. They even washed the siding and the steps. Great to deal with, fast and professional. I will use them again and again. read more

Pete and the crew were exceptional in customer service and performance. Our roof was particularly dirty and unsightly. Now, after soft washing, the roof looks new. I thought the price for the services were reasonable as well. I will certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone needing their homes beautified with a good washing! read more

Great service and communication. Gentleman providing pressure washing was courteous and neat. Highly recommend.

Totally pleased with Pete and Superior Pressure Washing. They responded promptly to my inquiry, delivered a prompt, competitive price quote, and did a great job. One board of my new decking lumber bled sap months after their work (common with not-quite-dry lumber) and Pete cheerfully recommended a do-it-myself solution to fade the whitish streak, all the while offering to come back and do it for me. So far so good on the less than 5-minute do-it-my-selfing. 5 unqualified stars for SPW. read more

I reached out for a quote last week to a few companies and Superior got back to me first. In fact, they were the only ones, and boy am I glad they did. Within a few days, Pete had come out and emailed me an estimate of work to be done. Responses to my emails were fast and helpful. I was able to get the work done exactly the day I wanted it, just a few days after the quote was sent. It was rainy today and I was supposed to have some roof work done and then at noon Superior was to come to wash the house. Well, as I've come to expect from many companies and contractors, today came and went and the company for the roof work never came. It was raining so I expected a reschedule but got nothing. I was worried the pressure wash would go much the same. To my delight I received a call from Pete who let me know the work was still getting done today but that the rain was making the previous job run a tough long. I greatly appreciated the proactive communication. He ended up arriving about two hours later and rang the bell and let me know what he was going to be doing. And then the one man show of Pete went to work on the siding of my house. Once covered in a nasty green, it shines like new today. Pete even touched up some spots on the brick front and saw a piece of deck furniture that had seen its fair share of dirt and cleaned that off too. The only thing that he didn't get, perhaps because I didn't mention it, was the concrete right below the singling where the house meets the ground. Either that or the discoloration there is something that needs a different treatment. This year we've had a good amount of work done at home as new homeowners with lackluster handy skills. I've been disappointed with everyone I've dealt with, from painting to flooring and simple gutter cleaning. Pete handled every part of the process from quote to commutation to work. That is the type of ownership that is rare these days and shouldn't be taken for granted. He was courteous and did a damn fine job making me feel proud of the home we purchased and less like the new kid on the block with the algae-green siding. Can't recommend them enough and looking forward to using them for gutters and deck refinishing in the future. read more

They did such an amazing job! They came on time, stayed all day and did the best job I have ever seen. Our house looked brand new! read more

Pete and his team are first class. I had Pete quote window washing and deck staining, then extended the quote to include a house wash when I saw the quality of the team's work. The team washes without damaging, is respectful of personal property, and follows-through on commitments. read more

Made an appointment to provide an estimate. No show and no text or phone call. Need I say more?

Pete did a great job with our gutters. He showed up on time, did all the work and was polite and professional. I plan to hire them again to do pressure cleaning of our patio and some brick on the north side of our house. Excellent! read more

This business did not respond to repeated calls. So the listed response rate is inaccurate.

These people were good. They arrived as scheduled, completed the work in less than an hour, and cleaned up after cleaning tons of gunk out of our gutters. Price was pretty good too! I only wish they weren't so busy. It took us a week to schedule our gutter cleaning. read more

I came home today to the best thing ever!! My once green siding(with dirt and mold and moss) is now beautifully clean!! Superior Pressure Washing did an amazing job at a great price!! I will definitely be calling Pete Heon at Superior the next time I need my siding pressure washed, which should be longer than normal since he did a bleach treatment that I couldn't have done myself. Thanks Pete! Great work!! read more

Pete's been my go to for pressure washing on numerous occasions. He's always been friendly, honest, responsible, on time and on budget. Most notably, I appreciate the no hassle get-it-done RIGHT approach. Recently, SPW completely revived our deck and brought back the original shine to our siding. They'll continue to receive our business for years to come, guaranteed. Thanks again guys. read more

Superior Pressure Washing knocked it out of the park! I surveyed 3 pressure washing companies and the details of their work. I have a 18x7 front porch w/railing. A large amount of stone work exists at the front of my home including a 20ft walkway, 50ft long full concrete driveway with a stone wall on one side, 50 ft of sidewalk to the back of my home. The walkway leds to a stone patio 30x15 surrounded by a stone wall and a elevated 8x10 porch w/steps and railings. The Superior price was the best, the conversation with the owner Pete was thorough. The employee, Chad was very polite. He arrived at 10 and worked the until 3:30... Job well done! The process they use for treating algea, mildew etc is applied first. They use a rotating disc scrubber on all flat surfaces, everything is rinsed and all of my stone and concrete look NEW! They will get my business in the future. read more

Pete and crew were friendly, responsive, and thorough. I hired them to clean, repair, and stain my old, large deck, and they did a fantastic job. Pete kept me in the loop from start to finish, easily accommodated the increasing list of repairs needs we discovered, and completed the job with exacting detail. He didn't try to sell me on upgrades or services I didn't need, and thoughtfully answered all my questions. I will definitely hire Superior again. read more

They did a wonderful job!! Pete was friendly and responsive throughout the process. He responded to me right away and got me a reasonable estimate and appointment date quickly. Pete and his crew came this morning and pressure washed my town home and cleaned my gutters. They really took their time and cleaned it thoroughly. I will definitely contact him again!! read more

Great experience! Did an excellent job, cleaned up debris completely, very reasonably priced. Highly recommend them.

Couldn't be more pleased. This is the second time we used Superior and we would highly recommend them to other homeowners. Pete arrived for the estimate when he said he would, gave me an estimate on the spot and showed up to do the job on the day he committed to doing it. read more
