We prepaid for an extra cleaning, but Freddy never showed up. Despite leaving multiple messages on several phone numbers, we never received a response. We have little hope of recouping our money or hearing from him again but certainly won't be recommending him ever again. 8/31/24 UPDATE: Bay Area has reached out to let us know that the owner has been having some medical issues and they are committed to making things right. They reimbursed us the money we pre-paid and have also confirmed they will be back in our neighborhood to complete the services that most of us paid for back in March.

We're selling our house and our realtor uses them all the time. I went over to our house to check…read moreon the work and I was blown away with how good of a job they had done. They were super thorough and had even moved the remaining furniture around to create a larger workspace for them to work. They removed all of the individual window panes in our sunroom (there are a lot!) and they had the panes up on this special easel where they were treating and cleaning the windows. They took time out from working to explain what they were doing and how everything worked. Those sunroom windows in particular were horrible and apparently they were all cloudy from oxidization of the aluminum screen. They cleaned up beautifully. Next I walked into the master bedroom and was blown away by how much nicer and brighter the room felt after the cleaning. Communication was good. There was an issue with a window lock we had installed on my son's room to prevent him from opening it and falling out. They called the realtor right away and said they might have an issue without having the key. Ultimately they resolved it on their own. My understanding was they were supposed to come first thing in the morning and if so, then they were definitely a few hours late. I read one negative review here about that so that might be an issue with them. It's possible they changed the time and I was not aware. To be honest, I didn't really care since they did such a great job. In my case they knew the place was empty so they probably didn't feel the need to rush to get there in time. I also think they are very picky about they guys they use to do the cleaning. So if there's a problem with a worker being sick or whatever they're not just slapping someone else onto the crew who doesn't meet their standards. Finally, they do a real thorough job so and they stay until it's done so it's hard to schedule precisely under these conditions. Plan on this being a full day job and you won't be disappointed. Finally, I strongly recommend getting your windows cleaned if you want to sell your house. I still can't believe what a difference it makes!

Found this place on facebook, Joe responded immediately on facebook messenger and got the details needed from me. He made suggestions on what kind of sealant to use for the deck. He mentioned that they were booked for the season. By this time, I was impressed with the prompt communication and their service, I have decided to go with them and wanted to wait for their next available appointment. Joe responded after a few days saying that an availability opened up and should be able to wash my deck in a couple of weeks. He kept me informed the whole time. I was given all the instructions and what to expect before their visit. On the scheduled date, their crew came and power washed the deck thoroughly. Next day, they promptly showed up and stained it. Overall, I was impressed with the service and the price. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

I'm glad George had a pleasant experience, but I did not, and would not recommend them. I hired…read moreGrime Busters to power wash my house, with special attention to all of the windows. Also, they were to power wash my deck and seal it. The windows needed special attention because spiders build webs in the windows then poop all over them. It's really gross, and I especially hired Grime Busters to take care of this problem. I specified this as the reason I was getting my house pressure washed. As such, I was told to remove all of my window screens to ensure the best results. So when they were finished, imagine my anger when I looked in my upstairs window and it looked as if water hadn't touched the window at all. OK. We all make careless mistakes. I called and someone came back out to inspect the job of the previous person. Agreed they didn't do a good job, but he didn't come back with a pressure washer to fix the problem! He asked me to use my pressure washer...uhh, WHAT? That's not all. The original washer also left whole areas of my deck unwashed then sealed over them. You could look and tell the angle he washed the stairs and balusters - imagine the sun casting a shadow is the best way I can describe it. So of course when he sealed the deck, whole areas of the deck didn't get sealed, because they weren't washed properly. I was also told the seal would last (assuming proper washing, of course) for 3-5 years. Even on the areas I felt were properly washed, rain water stopped beading on the deck within weeks. The last thing is they were to restain my white deck railings, and they did this, but sloppily. I have white wood railings on white (pvc? plastic-like) balusters. The white stain for the wood can be seen on the plastic -like balusters. In all, while I appreciated their attitude and they were very respectful, I paid $2500 to have a job done well and it was not. And returning without the equipment to correct the problem was pretty inexcusable.
