I basically paid the $200 more cause I was too tired to argue. Lawrencia tries her best to work with you which is why not 1 star but really if you're looking for result not the right contractor for your job.

"We don't service that area," "I don't have a ladder tall enough," or companies that just didn't show up for scheduled appointments. Extremely annoying! Not Ramiro from A&R. He was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable of the situation. We scheduled a day/time for him to arrive and he arrived exactly on time. He came by to check out my issue on the roof, explained what was going on, gave me a reasonable estimate and was ready and willing to fix the issue on-site. Since I had a few other issues internally with the roof, he agreed to come back the following week to finish up the issues. I can't believe he and his colleagues were able to assist me so quickly. They get BIG time props from me! I'm really satisfied with the work that was provided. He even came back to finish up the job on the inside.
