We contacted Freddy because he had been our regular gutter cleaning service for the entire neighborhood for years. He had always done a good job, but this time was different. We prepaid for an extra cleaning, but Freddy never showed up. Despite leaving multiple messages on several phone numbers, we never received a response. We have little hope of recouping our money or hearing from him again but certainly won't be recommending him ever again. 8/31/24 UPDATE: Bay Area has reached out to let us know that the owner has been having some medical issues and they are committed to making things right. They reimbursed us the money we pre-paid and have also confirmed they will be back in our neighborhood to complete the services that most of us paid for back in March. read more

We recently used Bay Area Home Services for bulk removal and for power washing. Would very highly recommend them for these reasons: 1) professionalism, 2) courtesy and 3) most importantly- they were timely, they surpassed expectations, and they had a friendly demeanor! So grateful for the topnotch services they provided. Freddy addressed all questions upfront and was very clear with timelines. If you want the best service at the best price in the area- call Bay Area Home Services! You will be so glad you did. read more

Paid for 4 gutter cleanings last May, but cannot get them to show up to complete the work. Bay Area scheduled to show up several times, only to no-show. Had used their services for several years prior, no issues. Not sure what has happened. I've requested a refund several times, yet have failed to receive anything at this point. read more

We hired Bay Area Home Services to clean out our gutters and haul away some junk. The owner Freddy was very responsive to my quote request, and asked lots of important follow-up questions to give me an accurate price. We live in a 3-story townhome, which makes it particularly difficult to have our gutters cleaned affordably. Freddy quoted us $189 for the gutters (which was on par with the other quotes we received) and then $40 to remove a pile of junk (wood boards, concrete blocks, etc.) and we scheduled an appointment a week or two out. He texted me to confirm the night before, showed up on time, and finished the job thoroughly but quickly! Everything looked great and he took the time to give me some gutter advice as a new homeowner (our back gutters were clogged). As an FYI, he accepts cash/check or credit card with an additional fee. I'd definitely recommend Bay Area Home Services- we will certainly be using them in the future! read more

This is the 2nd time I've used this service and again very pleased with gutter cleaning. They do the best job of everyone. Freddy responds quickly to requests- is on time and the price is great. A definite recommend. A+ read more

This company was timely in their response for a quote to undertake pressure washing of the siding, soffits, and flashing on my two-story home. Once the project was scheduled, they arrived on-time, conducted a quick walk-around the job-site, discussed the project with me with ensure that there were no changes needed, and then they began the work. They were very thorough, used pet-friendly cleaning chemicals, and they were careful to not cause any work-related incidental property damage. When the work was complete, they wrapped up their tools and equipment and left the property as they had found it. Their work was excellent, and their price quote was reasonable and fair. I definitely will call them again next year. read more

I've used Bay Area Home Services every year to clean my gutters. Freddy always responds quickly and schedules within a couple days. His team is quick and efficient. I will continue to schedule my homes annual cleaning with this company. Thank you Freddy and your team. read more

Very happy. Quick response and quote. For us in a week later for gutter cleaning and gutter guard installation. We noticed one side fell in and Freddy came back out the following week to correct. read more

I used Bay Area Home Services to do a roof cleaning. Freddy gave me a quick, reasonable quote for the work, and was able to fit me in within just two days. He did a great job on the roof and made it look like new. I'll definitely be using Bay Area Services for my spring cleaning. read more

I had Freddie come out to clean my gutters last month. After the next rain, I noticed that my front downspout had pulled completely away from the gutter. It seemed coincidental that this occurred after the gutter cleaning; prior to that it was fine. I contacted Freddie about the problem but he would not agree to come back to address the problem. In addition he was rude and defensive stating that he did not cause the issue. Regardless of the cause, it is poor customer service to Not come back to help out the customer. read more

Contracted BAHS for gutter cleaning and tightening of downspouts on my parent's home. Freddie came alone and did a great job of unclogging and adjusting loose parts. Gutters are not clogged anymore and it's a good feeling. I liked the service, but the amount charged for gutter cleaning on a small house was higher than expected so I might shop around. It would be great if they offered a veteran's or senior discount to help offset the cost for senior citizens that served in the armed forces. read more

They came out to do a gutter job and install gutter covers. An absolutely hassle free experience and it was done for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Bay Area Home Services for anything you'll need done around the house. read more

Highly recommended!!! Gutter cleaning service was great and the price was very competitive.

I looked hard for someone who would clean gutters for a reasonable price. Many roofing businesses quoted me $300 to $500 which seemed excessive. I finally found Freddie with Bay Area Home Services and he had a $95 special for gutter cleaning. Freddie came out on time to my house. He and his crew were very courteous and worked hard for 2 hours cleaning my gutters. I watched them during the whole process and felt very good about their work. I definitely recommend this business. read more

Freddy was extremely responsive and easy to work with. Great job, too. Thanks!

Thank you Freddy for your professionalism and getting our gutters clear. We've had a lot of water in our basement recently and I am confident we will be dry the next time it rains. We look forward to using your services again. read more

I used them to clean gutters and had flooding and clog immediately and couldn't get anyone to call back despite numerous messages. Very unprofessional and would never recommend their service to anyone. read more

Freddie was super helpful about answering questions and providing quotes prior scheduling an appointment. Him and his team showed up on time (even a little early which was great) and did a superb yet quick job with our gutters. We will definitely use his services again in the future for our house. He was super friendly and happy to answer any questions. read more

Very happy with the power wash that was done on my deck and patio today! I have been doing a terrible job keeping up with the minor maintenance around the house, but they were able to make things look fresh and clean in no time. Super nice about the last minute request I made too! Thanks for the great work. read more

Freddy was very quick to respond and very reasonably priced for gutter cleaning service. He thoroughly explained the process and answered all questions that I had since I have never had my gutter cleaned. I live in a townhouse and asked LAST MINUTE if he could clean my next door neighbor's gutter too. Without hesitation, he accepted the job. I even asked him late on a Sunday evening. The work was great and since I was not home during the cleaning, he took before and after pictures and sent them to me. Great service and I would highly recommend him for anyone needing a gutter cleaning. read more

Asked them to remove an old couch. Scheduling was easy. They showed up on time and were in/out quickly.

Excellent job cleaning and repairing gutters. Highly recommend

Freddy and Dwight came out to help me clean out a very large workroom and garage because I was having a walk-thru for a closing on my house in just a few hours. I don't know how I was so fortunate to have found such pleasant, professionals as they are. There was nothing they wouldn't do to help. They even offered to blow out the extensive decking, workroom and garage free of leaves and debris. Disposed of all the accumulated junk, trash, paint and chemicals in workroom, etc. Freddy had given me a very reasonable quote on the phone. No "I'll have to come & look at it."; which was great, because I was in a pinch for time. And, after all the extras I had asked Freddy to do, he stuck to his original, very reasonable quote. Freddy & Dwight deserve the 5 stars for professionalism and 5 stars for just being downright good people!! read more

Freddie was incredibly professional and extremely helpful, but most of all, quality work that went above and beyond my expectations. I had some significant overflow occurring in all my gutters which Freddie cleared in a manner of minutes. At the end of the day, extremely satisfied with his work and would highly recommend to anyone in the area that wants a responsive, professional and quality craftsman to take care of your gutters and water issues. read more

I used "Bay Area Home Services" for gutter cleaning. I paid $95. We had some gutters that were totally clogged but after the cleaning they all ran clear. Freddie with his crew worked hard and was very professional. We asked him many questions about our roof and future services. He was patient with us and answered every single question. I honestly recommend them to everyone. Thank you Freddie for the great work and for your professionalism! read more

I called to schedule a gutter cleaning and they were able to call their employees who were out in town and see if they could stop by an hour later. They were courteous and did a great job on a gutter that hasn't been cleaned in YEARS. Thank you :) read more

Came to the wrong house at first but no biggie. Cleaned the gutters, left leaves and stains on siding and around house. Nothing egregious but didn't feel like having to clean after them. read more
