Initially the worksmanship was good, however it quickly went downhill from there. First, even with 3D dimensioned drawings that I provided as well as explicit instruction, they left the retaining wall short by 8", resulting in added steps to get to the back doors. Oscar did admit fault, and raised the wall and grade an entire 8" to match the drawings. Fast forward a couple of months, the pavers started sinking along the retaining wall. I notified Oscar and they came to fix it a week or so later. After another 6 months, same issue in the same place. He addressed it once again and promised he fixed the problem. Another year later, the same issue in the same place. He once again promised me that this time would be the last as he would make 100% sure it was properly fixed. That fix lasted about a year before the depression started showing up again. Still haven't heard back from him. Don't do business with this guy. He takes your money, does shoddy work, and although initially made repairs, fails to follow through on his promises.

I called to request a free quote and Chris came out the same week, listened to all my plans for the home we just bought, not just our landscaping needs, all our plans. Chris could have made a quick grand or much more working on our half acre but instead, he spent time educating me about what was realistic and how to best sequence all the things we were planning to do so that we did not waste our hard earned money. It was clear, Chris genuinely cared about us as people not just a potential customer. He spoke honestly and advised us to wait on landscaping. Chris cares more about establishing trust than making a quick buck. That's INTEGRITY! If you are looking for a trustworthy company, look no further. We met with 3 other local companies as part of our due diligence. I can say with confidence that once our addition is done, we WILL be calling Four Seasons for landscaping.

The plumbing company left a mess, damaging our tree, crushing bushes, and leaving big pile of dirt in the yard. We called Ridley's. They came out promptly for an estimate, and once we said yes, they came out promptly and did an amazing job. They did so well that our neighbor was watching them work and hired them on the spot to do some grading in his yard. For the grass, they offered us the option of doing sod or seed. We went with the seed, so the (after) picture just shows the straw, but we anticipate having a beautiful lawn next summer. They were highly professional, worked hard, and simply got the job done as it should be done. We talked to another company that seemed cheaper, but they didn't give me the confidence that Donta gave me, and now that the job is done, I can say that confidence was well placed.
