The walls were framed, painted and shelving units installed. That all had to come out, floor demolished and repoured. Framing had to be repurchased, installed, painted and shelving units reinstalled. We are out over $14,000. Honorable contractors would not have left us in this situation. We did not learn this job failed the final building inspection until after the statute of limitations ran out. Builder never called for it. It's okay, Karma baby. One day it will come back at both of them.
