Jade and Char were incredibly rude and unprofessional--both hung up on me multiple times when I simply asked to speak with the owner. The office staff as a whole was consistently unhelpful and disrespectful. The company began a job on June 19th, removing limbs from one side of a large tree. Then they left the job incomplete, with the tree leaning toward my house--posing a serious risk during summer storms. Despite my increasing concern, the office repeatedly canceled and rescheduled appointments without explanation. When I questioned their handling of the situation and again requested to speak with the owner, I was told they "would not tolerate" my behavior--just for asking reasonable questions--and they ultimately refused to complete the job. Unreliable, unprofessional, and shockingly rude. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

After contacting Joe, the owner, I was told things would be taken care of and that I would receive a check for having to clean up after his crew, when they should have cleaned up after themselves. Today is was to remove a huge tree that was taken down by storm. We have had our eyes on the tree for years. It hung dangerously over the expressway and over the utility wires. BGE and MD State Highway refused to address the concern. Well last month Mother Nature took control and took the tree down along with all the wires and broached the I-83 retaining wall. The A-AAA crew that removed the tree and debris was on time and courteous as usual. All that was contacted was completed to our satisfaction. We still have several large trees in our yard. We cleaned up some of it using contractor bags (and you can't even tell it's so much) and even the recycling guys who pick up yard waste said it was too heavy and they weren't going to take it anymore.
