Pretty disappointed at all the debris left behind. It wasn't explained to me. I'm pregnant and it's heavy and I don't know how to deal with it. Wish I had gone with the other company. I thought i was getting rid of a headache but a whole other one was left with me. Every time I see it I just feel upset. The last thing I needed was something else to be upset about. Edit: It was your company. If you would like to come back and clean it up that'd be great. And I'd update my three reviews left on various platforms. I wasn't even given the option to have all the debris cleaned up. Not even for more $ or anything. I told them I had no clue about the process and I guess instead of explaining they would leave all this stuff behind (which doesn't equate to the "removal" i requested) they just figured they saw someone they could get one over on. I thought they would just fill the hole but no it's a debris field. Very upsetting. We cleaned up some of it using contractor bags (and you can't even tell it's so much) and even the recycling guys who pick up yard waste said it was too heavy and they weren't going to take it anymore. We knew we had to have two trees removed. We are surrounded by large trees. We have them checked often. Baltimore Tree Experts came out and showed us another tree, we missed that was quite dead and would have fallen on our house. They did a wonderful job. I had a very large pin oak tree to be removed, and was looking for estimates. I tried a company in Joppa I had used before, but they blew me away with their estimate...over $4000.00! My neighbor recommended Baltimore Tree Experts, so I got an estimate from them and a third company. BTE was half the price of the company I had used before. Both BTE and the third estimate were close, but due to the recommendation I selected BTE. Boy am I glad I did!! What an operation...5 trucks showed up on time, a cherry picker, crane, chippers and stump grinders. All my neighbors gathered outside for the free entertainment. We were all SO impressed. Since there isn't a lot of positive reviews (as in none) for tree services in Baltimore, I had to use essentially the "yellow pages" i.e. Google to find a tree service and just call them, explaining that I needed a couple branches trimmed off a tree in my yard. Baltimore Tree Experts were so rude on the phone in the first minute, that they saved me a lot of time with comparing them with other tree services. So I thought I would pass the favor along and let you know that they need to work on their phone manners before they will get the sale! I have used Baltimore Tree expert over the years, i find them to be extremely professional and friendly always. In addition there are alot of small time tree companies who are not knowledgeable in arborist tree care, they can only use a chain saw. I noticed a review below from a rachel b from another state. Perhaps she is a competitor writing this review. I would recommend Baltimore Tree expert to anyone who needs professional tree services done. read more
