I decided to hire ER Tree Services simply because they were working in my neighbors yard and did not want the hassle of trying to find another company to trim a tree. After explaining in length and ever inviting the manager into my house to show him how much tree I wanted trim, I confirmed that he knew exactly what I wanted and set a price. The next day, he called to confirm what I wanted to do and informed me that they could start immediately (5/13/23). Since I was not home, I signed the contract via text and he started the work. I came home about 45 minutes later and to my dismay, they cut the wrong limbs and it looked nothing like the manager and I discussed. I ran outside to speak to the manager and he blatantly told me that he did not understand what I wanted and asked if I wanted them to completely move the tree. I explained to him that I originally did not want the tree removed, only the top of the tree that was growing over my neighbors and mine roofs and wanted some left for privacy. I was completely baffled and lost for words. Not I had to pay to have the tree completed chopped down. On top of that, he said he would not remove the stump. Needless to say, I am completely disappointed, disgruntled and dissatisfied with the level of professionalism from this company. read more

During the last major storm, a tree fell, hit another tree and smashed my deck. E&R came and gave me an estimate (the day after I called) & of 3 estimates, it was the most reasonable one I received. Once I confirmed, they scheduled the crew for the next day. Within 1.5 hrs, they removed the tree, cleaned the area & were gone. I am a happy customer. They advertise a cord of wood delivered and stacked for $260. When delivered it was roughly half a cord. We contacted the representative who delivered the wood, who claimed it was a full cord. The dimensions of the wood dropped off were 6 ft x 4 ft x 32 in, or roughly 64 cft (half a cord). A full cord should be 128 cft, 4 ft x 4 ft x 8 ft. We called asked where the rest of the wood was and were informed they consider "500 pieces of wood for a cord." According to a quick Google search, it should be 700-1,000 large pieces. We were told they would not deliver the other half cord, nor would they refund half the money (which was already paid). As a result, we asked them to pick up all the delivered wood and refund all the money. Ne cautious that they deliver what was expected. Make sure you measure to get what you paid for. read more

Not only was ER Tree Service the most affordable tree removal company we got an estimate from, but they were also the friendliest. They showed up on time and removed our large, dead oak tree that was in a precarious spot within a few hours. The ER Tree Service team went above and beyond by taking a few branches that we had previously cut, took down and put back up a part of our fence, blew any debris from the dead tree from our parking pad, and grinded down the stump into usable mulch.
