Just a quick update on my earlier review…read more We recently had a tornado go through our neighborhood which did some extensive damage to a lot of homes. Thankfully, we had David out earlier to take care of our older trees and didn't have any serious issues. However, David made a point to come by after the tornado to make sure we were okay. While he was here, he took care of a couple of broken branches we couldn't reach and refused to charge us for it. That is the definition of ultimate customer service.
