Thankfully, we had David out earlier to take care of our older trees and didn't have any serious issues. However, David made a point to come by after the tornado to make sure we were okay. While he was here, he took care of a couple of broken branches we couldn't reach and refused to charge us for it. That is the definition of ultimate customer service.

They come out not just for a quote, but with expert advice. We love Kaity in my neighborhood! They show that they care about the trees and the ecology. The values exceed the job expectations. The also do shrubs, not just trees. Thanks to a very expensive Nursery, I have several of the same shrubs in my landscape. That means when one gets a disease, all will eventually. That is somewhere close to $4K in costs if they need to be removed. AA really stepped in to treat and save my shrubs with a yearly maintenance plan.

But as a warning to others, there…read moreare a few things they don't do: 1) They don't put in writing the agreed upon work. 2) If they don't complete a part of the job that was discussed during the quote, they won't return to complete the job. 3)They will not even respond to messages about the incomplete part of the work (see photo). Proceed with caution. Write down all the things you want them to do, and go through your list before you pay. Once they are paid, there is no customer service.

We considered taking it down, but decided to bring in someone who knew what to do and how to handle the job of thinning it out and installing cables to stabilize some of the larger branches. Not only was the job performed flawlessly, from quote to hand shaking-after-completion, their price was the lowest out of 5 companies ($1,050 less than the highest quote), I don't see ANY way this job could have been done ANY better!
