We used Wolff tree service to take down a split 100 foot oak tree this week. It was certainly a daunting job, but, the six man crew did wonderful, exemplary work and were courteous respectful and thorough. Considering it snowed a bit in the morning and was cold all day, they persevered and got it done without any struggles which we were certainly glad to see finish that way. Wolff did an incredible job from our first contact for an estimate to project completion. Great customer service so long as you don't mind leaving a message and then getting back to you pretty quickly. I was also able to converse via text so no bid deal. Their estimate was very reasonable and they did a great job of dropping 5 large trees, grinding stumps, and thinning out another tree. Ben came out and gave us a very reasonable estimate for work on about 4 of our large oak trees, removing deadwood and limbs that were touching our roof and reaching into the neighboring yards. He was super knowledgable and told us about the different species of trees in our yard (I didn't know we had three types of oak). He also came highly recommended by a neighbor. On the day our job was scheduled, his team showed up and they were very friendly and easy to communicate with. His trucks were clean and his crew was on point. Wolff was working on my neighbors house across from my house. Their large trucks drove my grass and created large divots on grass. Spoke to some guy that looked like the owner Ben in the morning and corrected the first large long divot. Again, they created another deeper divot before they left...called and sent over pictures and the owner tells me it was one of my neighbors, really, come on man! One of my neighbors all of a sudden happens to have truck with tires that wide. How stupid do you think I am...thank for leaving my grass in a mess! I will make sure my neighborhood knows! I am sure they do great work, however, not very caring to their non paying customers! read more

There were 17 trees we needed to have taken down and this was done this past November. In the back yard we had 15 old pine trees over 100 feet tall around the perimeter of the property that was close to a fence and they were losing their branches at the bottom. Wolff Tree did a wonderful job at a wonderful price. I had delayed for several years because I thought I the cost would be at least as twice as much....admittedly I really had no idea how much such a project was going too cost. What impressed me the most was the crew really seemed to enjoy their work and got along so well. The entire project took a day and a half which included grinding up the stumps and removing the debris. It was fascinating to watch the work being done. They took great care in protecting the grass on the property and cleaned everything up very well. The owner was also very wonderful to work with.
