Gave a shout-out on FB asking for a tree service referral. A friend referred Veteran Tree Services. I text them right away, and Mr. Freddie responded within 5 minutes. 30 minutes later, he arrived at my home to assess the job. He promised to get the job done in 48 hours, but realizing how urgent the situation was, he called back and was at my house at 7 am. the next morning with a full crew. Took down two trees and two hours. Cleaned up everything with no debris left behind at all. I almost couldn't even tell those trees were ever there. I don't believe that my review of Freddie and Carlos' tree service can match the previous comments - because they were well written. I will try, however. My tree was at least fifty feet tall if not more, and I felt that any day the tree would fall. Yes, I watched the crew and noticed that they do work well together - but I was still nervous for the crew's safety. My tree was chopped down on 27 October of this year; I was awe-struck by the crew's performance. When the final member (the climber) made it down to the ground safely, I had to give him a tip for his act of bravery and skillful performance. A young man was handing out flyers in my area for Veteran Tree Service he was polite, friendly and recommended the free estimate. My neighbor and I both called for estimates the same day. Freddie, the owner came out, gave us the estimates and scheduled the jobs. Btw their estimates were cheaper then two other companies that we'd called. They arrived on time, completed the job and cleaned up all the mess. I have recommended them to our other neighbors that were left with broken trees and dangling limbs after the severe storms we've had in the area. OMG! If there were a 5-star rating system, Veteran would get a 10! Had a large - 40-50 tree fall in our yard and two neighbor's yards early Saturday morning. Freddie came out later that day and gave me an estimate that was half of what another company wanted - and the other company would only take the tree out of OUR yard and leave the neighbors to fend for themselves. Freddie's crew was out this morning and everything was removed and all three yards cleaned up in less that two hours, and everything looks immaculate! A couple of years ago, I had a tree come down over a holiday weekend. I called and received a call right away. They came out took down the tree, the owner is amazing, his crew is amazing. This past Sunday another tree came down in my yard. I called him Sunday night, and he called me right back, then came out a 6am on Monday. His crew came out on Tuesday to remove 9 trees that had to come down for safety reason. I only contact Veteran Tree Service to have tree taken down. Freddie and his crew came to do a pretty big job in Temple Hills. They were quick and efficient. Truly amazed at their climbing abilities. Have all the equipment needed to do anything. I think this guys deserve extra recognition. Freddy came on Saturday, gave me a fair estimate, and scheduled the work for the same day. Three guys arrived few hours later. His estimate included the total of 5 trees at a price I could not turn down. I was so excited and feeling so blessed knowing that tree removal can be very expensive. I had three estimates, and Veteran Tree services was by far the best value. There was no slacking in the quality of work that was given. We had a Holly Bush that had grown as high as our home. We hired them last year to thin out the pear tree in front of our house. Fantastic results! The tree is healthy, provides plenty of shade, and we don't have to worry about branches hanging too low.
