The person who answered the phone said I'd never confirmed, to which I replied that I had an email confirming. She said she'd never received it, which sounded like a CYA lie. Attaching a screenshot of our exchange because receipts are important. If they can't even show up or be accountable in the most preliminary stages, imagine how much worse their service would be once they had your money? I should have looked more carefully at the reviews - there are some troubling ones in the filtered section, and almost all of the 5 star ones are from new Yelp accounts with barely any reviews.
