While the team was on site, Milton asked me if there was any other trees that needed to be addressed. I pointed out two already dead White Oak trees, both over 60 feet tall, a Bradford Pear tree in a field of bamboo, an Eastern Red Cedar that had been damaged by the blizzard of '22 and noted a couple of low-hanging branches on a Scotch Pine tree that was too close to the ground for the vehicles that parked under it. All of it was taken care of and when I asked for the chipped wood to be left on my property, they asked where I wanted it and left it as I asked. Some of the wood chips are still smoking to this day from the heat of the chipper itself.

The person who answered the phone said I'd never confirmed, to which I replied that I had an email confirming. She said she'd never received it, which sounded like a CYA lie. Attaching a screenshot of our exchange because receipts are important. If they can't even show up or be accountable in the most preliminary stages, imagine how much worse their service would be once they had your money? I should have looked more carefully at the reviews - there are some troubling ones in the filtered section, and almost all of the 5 star ones are from new Yelp accounts with barely any reviews. Never a good sign.
