He took the time to answer all my questions. The next day him and his son showed up to do the work, I was very impressed watching them work together on the job. He used hot patch to fill the large cracks I had, before applying the sealer. Not your normal spray on thin coat. I have brick pavers lining my driveway and they taped them to ensure the sealer did not get on them. The thickness and quality of the sealer they use is MUCH better than what I have been offered by other companies in the past. It happened about a month ago and I thought the stains would go away after time, but no.The owner, Elija came right out and addressed the situation. He said he was out of town when it occurred and thought his workers took care of it by throwing down some dirt and hosing it down, which they probably did, but didn't work very well. Anyways Elija made good on putting down gallons of degreaser and hosing it down. I appreciated his quick response and hoping for a good outcome. Terrible service with our community and communication with our management company. They were good…read morefor a time then the owner and lack of good equipment changed for our community in Gambrills. For this snow storm (1/6/25)- the plows were spinning tired with older trucks (bad tires and weight) and we saw the plows raised to not get the snow on the street leaving those parked in their driveways trapped. In the summer - the boundaries that were once handled with mowing and landscaping are now neglected. The owner and contractors have gone down hill despite being great before (maybe because we had a fellow owner employed there). I do not recommend to contract with them on a large scale. It has become a shell of a company. Look at other alternatives that respond and have an owner that acknowledges wrongs. Don't go based on references...just look at the surrounding neighborhoods that do not use them - clean and safe!
