I want to share my very positive experience with Keith Allison Paving. After having difficulty finding a local company available, I contacted Keith Allison Paving and an appraiser arrived within a couple of days. He recommended driveway resurfacing instead of resealing to ensure a long-term fix for the large cracks, which I agreed to at a fair price. The team did an excellent job. They used quality materials and professional machinery to remove part of the old asphalt and to lay and smooth the new top layer perfectly. I appreciated the thorough cleanup, including using leaf blowers, hosing down the street, and carefully arranging the bordering grass. I definitely recommend Keith Allison Paving read more

I received several estimates for repaving the driveway and it was an easy decision to go with the Keith Allison proposal. This was the only company that offered me a solution other than completely ripping out the old driveway and installing a brand new driveway. Instead, they explained that the foundation of the driveway was in good shape overall and then what we really needed to do was resurface the driveway. Much less expensive and the driveway looks awesome. Communications with Pete were excellent, he's incredibly responsive and worked closely with me on the estimate and all scheduling. And then the job was completed by Keith, his son, and a couple of other guys, and they did an outstanding job! I highly recommend Keith Allison Paving, you will not be disappointed! Thank you again guys! read more

The estimator Pete was super fast and gave us options on the length of access road to re-pave. Keith and team arrived when they said they would, used a Bobcat to tear up weakened areas of the access road, and filled in the divots in the first pass. Then a clean 2.5-inch top layer applied. Great attention to detail and edging. It's practically a work of art! The price was extremely good, for a 200-ft run. read more

Did a great job repaving my driveway. Had an asphalt paving expert look at it and he said as much. With that said they were not going to cut certain parts of the driveway that would have looked sloppy if they hadn't. However since I asked they did. So if you know exactly what you want you should make that explicit. Otherwise they did a solid job. read more

If you want a driveway that looks like it's straight out of the pages of a home improvement magazine, call Keith Allison Paving! I contacted the business early in the spring after it was difficult to find another local company that wasn't tied up in business contracts. Based on the pictures of the driveway I sent, they recommended driveway resurfacing rather than just resealing. (He said it was up to us, but they couldn't guarantee that resealing would fix the cracks in the long term.) I did some research on the "alligator cracking" we were experiencing and agreed that we probably needed to go for a resurfacing. We were quoted a fair price and made an appointment. I got another email a few days before our original appointment time to let me know about the team's earlier availability. It worked out with both our schedules, so the team was able to make it out even earlier than expected. They really have an incredible team. Everyone worked together throughout the job and I was very impressed with how coordinated everything was every time I peeked outside to see the progress. Having dealt with adding a driveway extension a few years ago, I could tell they were using quality materials and professional machinery. They used multiple machines to develop the new top layer of the driveway and smooth it out to perfection. They watered down the driveway and used leaf blowers to make sure everything was finished/cleaned appropriately. The team carefully arranged the grass and mulch bordering the driveway, even hosing down and sweeping the street. Once everything was completed, we went over the aftercare: don't park on the drive for at least 10 days, "water" the driveway to help it cool and cure, and a recommendation for a final seal after a month. We are so happy with how everything turned out--and so are our neighbors. (One even asked for a quote before the team left because she was so impressed!) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Keith Allison Paving for any residential or commercial projects. read more

Very courteous and professional. They provided a prompt, detailed estimate. Highly recommend!

Timely, fair cost, and friendly service! I called Keith Allison to check on a crack between the asphalt driveway and our garage apron. With the rain, I worried the moisture was going to get into our driveway/foundation and cause issues over time. Their estimator Pete was excellent and gave us a quote within a minute. It wasn't worth just repairing a chunk of our driveway and opted to re-pave instead. He gave us all the info we needed (can walk on within a day, but allow for 7 days of no parking) and the crew came out right on time. They finished really fast within what seemed to be only 3 ours and tied a tape to block traffic on it. It looks beautiful! Reasonable pricing and reliable work. read more

Thanks Keith. Great paving job and great crew. Seemless all the way and my driveway is da bomb now!

Great customer service from beginning to end. Sealant was applied effortlessly, highly recommended!

I would give 6 stars if I could. The initial response for an estimate was incredibly timely. Pete was very prompt and offered great advice on my repaving and widening project. The cost was fair and there were no surprises. Keith and the entire crew were so professional and paid attention to the details. I will not use anyone else for my paving needs and couldn't recommend more highly! Thanks Keith, Pete, and team! read more

I am super impressed with this company! I requested a quote at 9PM on a Friday night and got an email response 3 hours later (at midnight the same day). Keith came by to price out sealing my driveway the very next day even though it was the weekend (Saturday). He answered my questions when I asked about price comparisons with another company. He explained that his company uses an oil-based sealer (which is more expensive than the water-based sealer used by other local companies). He also guarantees the sealing for 1 year unlike other companies. And finally, he fills cracks (unlike other companies that "attempt" to fill cracks). read more

We called Keith Allison to repair a large sinkhole area in our driveway. Three years ago, they had repaired just a portion of the driveway at our request. The repaired portion held up very well, but eventually, the rest of the driveway developed more sinkhole issues. So this time, we asked them to do the entire apron. They brought lots of heavy equipment, cutting up the problem area, laying down a rock foundation and then smoothing the asphalt over the top. This is what the builder should have done. KA's crew were prompt, fair and professional. The driveway looks as if it will hold up for years. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, although I really hope that our sinkhole days are behind us. Great job, guys. read more

We hired them to replace our driveway that had deteriorated and cracks throughout. They gave us the best price and arrived on time on the agreed-upon day for the work. And wow did they work diligently and effectively. They had a large crew and seemed to all work well together. Keith took his time explaining to me some of the problems we had with our driveway due to insufficient grading. They really worked hard trying to smooth out the grading so water would not pool on the driveway. Great work and I'd hire them again. read more

I called various companies for resealing and patching and no one called me back. Not a peep. I finally contacted Pete Garcia (very nice guy) who not only gave me a quote, but gave me the low-down on what it would cost for various options. Very much needed. All the arrangements were made and before I knew it, Keith Allison and his crew were there doing a bang up job and leaving a beautifully smooth surface. Keith and his guys are incredible. So happy to have found them. There's nothing like a job done without hassle, without sketchiness and without swagger. Did I mention nice? Very easy to talk to and willing to listen, which is becoming a rare thing. Very affordable as well. They also do patching and sealing, so I'm going to enlarge their card, laminate it and stick it in my forever book of people who are worth TWICE what they charge. read more

We used this company to put an asphalt driveway in for a 4 unit building. It looked great, but after about 2 years, it seemed like it was falling apart. This was out of the warranty period of 1 year; however, they still came back and repaired the driveway for us. They figured the driveway began deteriorating because it is only designed for small cars to be parked on it, and across the alley they had just finished putting in a concrete driveway. Its likely that the damage was a result of the large concrete trucks using the driveway to load or unload material (or maybe just to park), and this resulted in the damage. Regardless, the honored their work, even though the cause of the damage likely not related to their workmanship. read more
