I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused but I also understand that the job was significantly underbid. I would typically walk away from this job under any other circumstances but I think getting this done for you is the right thing to do. This job has to be completed the same time we are in the area. And currently in not sure when that will be but will let you know when I do. The other option is that you can 100% contract another company ti complete the job. At this point I will continue to see when scheduling your job will make the most sense, but it's going to be difficult. We never start our day off with a $600 job that's going to take us 2.5 hours. I checked with my coworkers and they were blown away with how affordable the estimate was in comparison to their experiences with other tree services. There was a bit of an upfront delay as I waited to ensure their license was shown as active on the MD DNR website, but that is resolved now. Once past that, the work crew was out to my house within a day and they had the tree down and removed within about two hours. The stump grinder arrived an hour or so later and took care of all the stumps effectively. Benfield Tree Service's cost was competitive and the work was performed to my satisfaction so they'll be the first company I contact for similar jobs in the future and I recommend them.

I had to call numerous times and was told I would be called back. Just to realize I had to call again. When Manuel came out for the estimate. He quoted me a good price. I needed to have my tree trimmed that was growing over on my neighbors property. They trimmed the tree safely and they cleaned up behind themselves. I also told him I wanted to have a tree stump removed from my property. He quoted the price for that as well. Which was reasonable. He didn't explain that someone different would be removing the stump. So I had to wait for that person to come which was at a different time on that day and he was an hour and a half late. Now he also did a good job but as I said my frustrations came in on getting return calls in ref to the jobs being done. First impressions are everything and even with me leaving voice messages. As well as texting. I felt it was being ignored. They finally got back to me and we got the job done but it was a challenge. This company provided a very thorough service but I went through a lot to get it. If they could improve on the customer communication this would have been five stars. So 3.5 is my overall rating.
