Jose and team did a great job bringing down five trees in my yard that were either diseased, too close to the house, or dangling dangerously over the street. These were pretty large, 75-100 year old trees. It was a two day job but it went off without a hitch. They cleaned up nicely after themselves too, leaving fewer branches than were on the ground even before they started and they also swept them off my roof for good measure. While it's not ever going to be a cheap job, I think the price they charged was fair for a full two day job of dangerous work. (I don't even get on stepladders, these guys were 40 feet in the air! Yikes!) I would absolutely call them again if any of the other trees start misbehaving. read more

Fair pricing and quick, have had them do multiple tree removals and yard clearing. Would recommend

great experience, good communication, nice to work with, did a great job, including cleanup!

I lost a huge maple tree in a storm. Marquez came same day gave me a quote to remove that tree and also cut down a monstrous willow oak tree that if it fell would complete crush my house. They gave a reasonable price and were on-site for 2 days completing the job. This was a huge job, with a large crew, heavy machinery to move the logs and a stump grinder to grind the stump. They were professional, punctual, courteous and cleaned up the yard. I was so happy I have hired them to return in the Spring and reseed my lawn and trim and remove more trees. read more

We had the best service from Jose A. Marquez and his team. They were responsive, professional, and took the greatest care of walking me through the permit process, carefully removing the very large, dead trees on my property, and leaving everything better than when they found it. I got more than what I paid for, particularly I now know that I have someone I can trust next time I need help in my yard. read more

Jose Marquez and his team did an awesome job cutting down a giant maple tree. He arrived early and provided a reasonable estimate on the spot. Jose took the time to explain the scope of the work and even provided timely recommendations for trimming a few more overgrown trees and branches. His team completed the work very efficiently and in accordance with our discussion. I am very happy with the end result and look forward to calling Jose again for future landscaping projects. I will definitely recommend Marquez Tree Services to all my friends and family. Thank you Jose for a job well done! read more

Came quick for an estimate and price was not the lowest but it was clear he knew how to take down a big rotted tree and stump. Other guys seemed nervous. Team came and respected rest of property. They took out a giant stump BY HAND. Amazing. Highly recommend that they should be on your call list. Hablan espanol. read more

Jose and his team were awesome! We had a massive tree in our backyard that needed to come down and they did it in a day! We also had them clear old branches, brush and spruce up some trees. They were very kind and courteous to work with. Excellent pricing and we would definitely recommend them! I don't typically write reviews but these guys were worth getting online for! They even took the old branches and used the chipper, spreading wood chips through our gardens. As a mom of two little ones this was HIGHLY appreciated! read more

I don't think I can say enough when it comes to Marquez Tree Services. Jose, the owner, came to give us a free quote quickly, and was on par with the other businesses we called. What won us over was not only his availability, but his guidance on what trees should come down and what should stay up. It seemed as though my home's safety was also a priority of his own. His crew came the day after I called him and let him know we were moving forward with his business. His crew took down three trees and hauled the wood in what seemed like half a day. They returned shortly after to remove nine older tree stumps, and the three that he cut down. That took a little longer but they made sure to complete that job in a day as well. In this day and age, it's not necessarily being the cheapest quote, But being an honest, knowledgeable, and responsive business owner is the most important factor to me. Marquez Tree Services checks all the boxes. Thank you to Jose and his whole crew for the amazing and hard work. My family appreciates it. We will be using your company for the many services you provide. read more

Owner Jose is very knowledgeable with trees and yard work. We planned to have 3 trees cut down and 2 trees trimmed. The quote was very reasonable. Jose and his team did fantastic job cleaning up a fallen tree, and my yard as general. There was 7 people working on my yard all day in intense sun. I also can not express how competitive pricing they offered. I called and got estimates from 4 different place, they were the by far the best. I also liked how Jose came to see the tree to give accurate estimate. He told me online estimates is quick and convenient but often times their quote is off. I like how he gave me advice on what to do with my yard as well. Will contact him again and you should too. read more

Wow! I was struggling with trees coming over the fence from both neighbors side with lots of dead trees and stumps in the yard. There was a huge bush growing between my neighbors fence and ours. I've had many people out to look at it and they said they wouldn't be able to get the tree in between the fences out but Marquez Tree Services did. My yard looks beautiful and I am so grateful for the peace of mind I have now. My fence is a lot more protected from roots and trees. And they even added a screw to the fence that I needed. All of that at an UNBEATABLE price, with great communication and transparency. They gave me so many ideas too! read more

Jose and his team removed 8 unsightly holly bushes from my yard. His service was prompt and friendly. Would recommend.

This is the 2nd time I have used Marquez Tree Services, and I have to write another 5-star review. See the photo -- the tall tree (maybe 35 feet) was leaning, and surrounded by wires. Marquez was able to cut the tree down in segments to remove completely, from the top down to the stump. Working with so many wires was tricky, and they professionally held the wires back, and protected my plants, too. Garden plants are intact, they raked all tree debris and leaves away, and now the dying tree is no longer in danger of falling on wires or on cars in the street. If you need a tree removed, you won't need a second estimate after you speak with Marquez Tree Services. read more

Needed a large pine tree and stump removed. I asked for a quote and received a quick reply, followed by an on-site meeting/quote...ON A SUNDAY. I intended to only set up a visit for a quote sometime in the upcoming week, but not only did a receive a great quote, but by Monday afternoon, the tree and stump were gone and all that remained was a well graded spot ready for me to plant grass when I got home Monday night - which I still didn't plant!! That is why I am glad I hired Marquez Tree Services to remove the tree/stump - otherwise I would still be planning to remove the tree myself. They were professional and efficient, I will be seeing them again for our spring clean up of two other trees! read more

Very punctual. Marquez and his family were on time for both the work and the estimate. We some bradford pears in dire need of trimming, some of which have not been pruned since we moved here. They were extremely detailed oriented and thorough in cleaning up. They even took away some old bulky branches I had stacked in another part of the yard and trimmed an additional 2 trees! Would not hesitate to hire for tree work. read more

Did a work from home on appointment day so I could meet them, then they didn't show up. Said they could be there between 8 and 9am the next day. At 9:45am the next day, called to see where they were and said they could be there in 30 minutes. Told them I had to go to work and would have to figure something else out. Average prices, but no idea if good product and doesn't matter if they don't show up. read more

Marquez cleared about a dozen large and medium sized trees off my property. While there, they also offered to prune three large trees. If could give a 10 star review I would. Jose (Marquez) and his crew are fantastic. He was prompt in providing me a reasonable estimate. He showed up when he said he would and did exactly what I asked him to do. I initially hired his company to do some landscaping and tree removal work. The landscaping job was tough because it involved the removal of buried fencing And mulching for a fairly large property. Subsequently, I hired him to do some I some masonry work as well. The estimate he provided was quite reasonable. Both jobs were fantastic. I also recommended him to my neighbor who also was very impressed with his work. i highly recommend Jose and will definitely use Marquez Tree Services again.. read more

Very punctual. Great group! I would highly recommend Marquez Tree Services.

I contacted Marquez Tree Service and they came out the same day to provide an estimate. After getting estimates from several other companies, I decided to go with Marquez because the pricing was fair, he actually lives in my neighborhood and I like to support small local businesses. Marquez had a crew out within the next few days to remove 1 large tree that was damaging my house with falling branches. He also removed 2 other trees at very reasonable pricing. If you're looking for tree removal services, I can say that my experience was very positive. I will be using him again to remove other trees in my yard at a later time. read more

Marquez Tree Services gave me a very reasonable estimate and got to work right away. They did exactly what they said they would do: cut down the tree, grind out the root, and carry away the debris. The sick tree is gone and the front yard is tidy. I have a nice healthy pile of mulch to use in the garden. I don't hesitate highly recommending Marquez Tree Services - be sure to get a quote from them when you are considering tree removal. read more

Excellent service cleaning up my neighbor's tree that had fallen on 2 of my vehicles. Called to make an appointment and the team showed up within 15 minutes and 15 minutes later, they were cutting up the fallen tree. They were especially careful to make sure no further damage was made to the vehicles. The team was very efficient and finished the job in less than 3 hours and cleaned up all the debris well beyond my expectations. They also stood up 3 panels of my neighbor's fence that had been knocked down and secured the panels as best they could, I would not hesitate to use this company again. read more
