He was upfront about what would be more expensive and made some quick recommendations. After he left he said he could schedule for that very weekend. After I got quotes from others I went with Secure even though it was a little more expensive (very tiny bit) and I am glad I did! They came on time, no fuss, and got the job done super fast. I requested quotes for a tree removal via Yelp. Secured Arbor was one of several companies that quickly responded. Israel was able to stop by the next day and gave us a fair quote ($2K) for an 80 ft tree that was less than 10 feet away from the back of our house, with stump grinding/removal, and refill/seeding of ground. He was professional throughout the process and was able to schedule us on our requested date. I confirmed via the Maryland database that they are licensed (some of the other companies we got quotes from were not but said they were). The contract agreement was clear and spelled out everything we needed to know. His team arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. It took them around 6-7 hours to complete the work (they had to take in down in sections since it was so close to our house). They left us a bunch of smaller wood pieces for our fire pit as per my request. We will definitely consider working with them again for any tree removal or landscaping needs. read more
