Kelbie gave me options, and a much, much better deal and great value relative to the others. They were out for an estimate the next day after I called. And within 2 days of signing and making deposit they were working. Very easy. Very quick. And the work looks great. They wanted my business and took care of me. I've recommended to both my neighbors. It was on the weekend and we had a guest, so we wanted to get the situation resolved quickly. We were fortunate though because even with the pictures we sent David, he still wanted to come out to see in person what was going on with the leak. The same day we called, he came out. They didn't charge us like it was an emergency like companies like roto-rooter would. They ended up replacing a copper sewer pipe (our house is from the 60s) running from the upstairs bathroom down to the kitchen pantry.
