All of the crew were clearly experienced, diligent and friendly. They also helped us with the installation of a new pool heater and some of the associated issues, also all looks great. We've been using them for a few years for open/closing, and they gave us a very competitive bid on this larger work- then followed through on it all with no delays and in just a few days time they were done. I've attached some pictures as well, they turned our old, crusty pool area into a beautiful new backyard seating area! -Tim & Maria, Silver Spring, MD

My pool practically opens and closes itself (with their help, obviously), and when I needed a new heater and pump, they installed the whole thing without breaking a sweat or my bank account. Basically, they're the pool whisperers you never knew you needed. Five stars, no question! #Gs5SecondReview

We called a couple companies who said they could not really assist (I maintain my own pool and dont have a regular company I call for maintenance). When we called Finn, the dispatch said they would leave him an urgent message but he might not get back to us until evening. Instead he called within 10 minutes, told us to turn off the pumps immediately and that he would send someone over to start draining it. That occurred within 45 minutes of the call. We explained that in 4 days we were having a pool party for my moms 70th birthday and he Finn did an excellent job - drained the pool, arranged for a power washer, and water delivery service. They were fast, responsive, and knowledgable! Would highly recommend and I plan on using them for opening/closing as well.

They do such a great job closing the pool that is it always ready to use within 24 hours of opening in the spring - clear water and perfectly balanced chemicals. This year, I unfortunately had mice eat through some of the elements for my pool heater and Dima came out to troubleshoot and fix quickly. He even cleaned out the mess the mice had made and took steps to deter them from coming back. Dima also spent a great deal of time completely rewiring my pool pump and equipment (it was wired wrong by the pool builder) so I could control everything via the app. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy residential pool service definitely use DMV Pools!

In fact my review today is to convey to other perspective customers that Mazariegos Brothers truly performed beyond every expectation. I believe much of our great experience was because of Mazariegos' culture of caring and appreciating their customers. Elmer was onsite everyday to follow-up with the crew and keep us posted on the next day's events. The workmanship and attention to every detail was outstanding, and at the end of the day the crew left the worksite better than when they arrived. A+++ to Mazariegos Brothers. Thank you for taking great care of us!

We ended up deciding to replace all the pool pipes and deep end drain. During the process, we also decided to replace several concrete pool deck slabs. Magerrios Brothers were awesome during this whole process and pivoted with us when we made the changes. Jason Fach was our project manager and was super responsive with any questions or concerns. All the people we dealt with were friendly, professional, and helpful to make this an enjoyable process. The project is now complete. The pool is closed for winter so we'll find out how well the pipes work in the summer time but all the pressure testing went well. The concrete slabs look great. We wish we could have done the whole pool deck since now we have weird patches with new versus old, but that was all we could do at the moment. We look forward to contracting again with Magerrios Brothers to renovate the inside of the pool and hope to get Jason again for our project manager.

We installed our pool in 2021, and this was honestly the first season in 5 years that we went the entire season without any issues. The pool consistently looked amazing, the water was crystal clear, and everything was well maintained. It was such a relief to simply enjoy our pool all summer without having to worry about something going wrong. We also want to recognize Tee Jae, who installed our new salt cell. The installation went smoothly and was another great experience. We truly appreciate the care, consistency, and attention to detail this team provided throughout the season. Adonys, Frank, Israel, Javier, and Tee Jae all deserve recognition for a job very well done. Thank you for making this our best and easiest pool season since we installed our pool!

We appreciate that gesture and their willingness to address some of our concerns. While our original experience and the delays remain unchanged, it is only fair to acknowledge their effort to make things better. After more than six weeks, our pool liner project is still not complete because Millennium Pools has measured the liner incorrectly multiple times. We are now waiting for a third liner and hoping it finally fits. To make matters worse, the company removed our old liner and left our pool empty and without a liner for two weeks while we wait for the replacement. What should have been a routine liner installation has turned into a lengthy and frustrating process. The company has offered no discount or compensation for the delays, inconvenience, or loss of use of our pool, despite the fact that the mistakes were entirely their own. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company and expected better service, communication, and accountability. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Millennium Pools.

They gave me a detailed estimate and I understood what needed to be done and the total I would have to pay. I have an old pool that was built in the 1970s which needed a major overhaul. After reviewing and approving the contract Subcomm Pools were in the next day. They pretty much stripped it down to the foundation. They redid everything from the plaster, to the coping, to the tile, to the filter, to the concrete deck around the pool. They were patient with me when I changed my mind multiple times about the tile I wanted. The guys that did the work from start to finish were communicative, efficient, clean, timely and extremely professional. The time-frame for this project was not only met, but ahead of schedule.
