They do such a great job closing the pool that is it always ready to use within 24 hours of opening in the spring - clear water and perfectly balanced chemicals. This year, I unfortunately had mice eat through some of the elements for my pool heater and Dima came out to troubleshoot and fix quickly. He even cleaned out the mess the mice had made and took steps to deter them from coming back. Joshua's honesty and transparency were evident when I explained an issue with my Delta Touchless faucet that may need replacing. He was very upfront about his skills before agreeing to the work. Their pricing was on the lower end compared to others and Scott was very personable. Visit 2: Install parts I ordered and fix. Only charged me for labor time which worked out as 1hr despite 2 visits. Problem (needed new filter) completely fixed and lasted all Summer so far. They came less than 48hrs after parts I ordered arrived. Tech (Brett) said they know the timeliness necessary on broken filters and want to take care of customers. Will definitely recommend and will be my first call for any future needs (including if I ever upgrade to an in-ground pool).
