King's Pool Service is AWESOME! They made time for a new client appointment in one day for a Saturday in May. Meaning, we called on Friday and they arrived on Saturday. The two Tyler's inspected our pool, found a broken screen that was missed during a new home inspection, and promptly replaced for us. They patiently listened to our newbie questions and showed us everything we needed to know about our system. They cleaned up the pool and did everything necessary so we could enjoy our pool. They have very flexible terms and offer the ability to order service as needed. Meaning once we are up and running on our own we can just use them to open / close our pool and while we are on vacation or if troubles arise. In the interim, they can manage weekly or bi-weekly. After receiving the run around from many others, even referred to us, these guys are wonderful. I cannot say enough nice things. I tried numerous other companies for my pool since arriving in 2008. I settled on Dempsey's after a neighbor's recommendation. I was not disappointed. Dan, the main tech always explained everything, recommended numerous solutions to a very trying pump problem and never tried to oversell. Every year it is perfect all summer. always opened great. A few years later, Dan took over the business and renamed it King's Pool and Spa. Service is still amazing. It might be a bit pricey, but I highly recommend you call King's. These guys are amazing! I know that Dan and his crew go out of their way to make sure customers are totally satisfied with their pools. He is also really honest about exactly what your pool needs, and does not try to sell you any extra services. They quickly respond and have relatively fast turn-around with scheduling visits.
