We appreciate that gesture and their willingness to address some of our concerns. While our original experience and the delays remain unchanged, it is only fair to acknowledge their effort to make things better. After more than six weeks, our pool liner project is still not complete because Millennium Pools has measured the liner incorrectly multiple times. We are now waiting for a third liner and hoping it finally fits. To make matters worse, the company removed our old liner and left our pool empty and without a liner for two weeks while we wait for the replacement. What should have been a routine liner installation has turned into a lengthy and frustrating process. The company has offered no discount or compensation for the delays, inconvenience, or loss of use of our pool, despite the fact that the mistakes were entirely their own. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company and expected better service, communication, and accountability. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Millennium Pools.

Getting service this year has been a nightmare. I replaced the entire mechanism for ~$1200 last year. This year (in March 2026), it detached from the hot tub, rendering it unusable in the prime spring weather. - I spent the last 10 weeks trying to get someone to come out to repair it (offered to pay full price) but no reponse. - Initially spoke to someone in the service center, who told me I needed a "bracket", and that it was on backorder. - A month later (in April), I reached back out to service center to check on status. I was told the original person I spoke to was no longer with the company, and the part wasn't the issue. - I asked to speak with a manager; was told to speak to Jeff. - Left multiple messages with Jeff, but he never got back to me. -Filled out the "service form", also no response. After 10 weeks, I got fed up waiting and went the DIY route. Located YouTube instructions on how to remove the panel. Once I did that, I saw the plywood they used to re-install cover lifter last year (which bears ~150 lbs of load btw) was only 1/8" thick, which would explain why the mechanism failed. I installed a 1" board, then remounted the screws on the lifting arm and closed up the panel. Fingers crossed, this will do the trick. As mentioned, the tub works mostly as advertised; Hot Springs equipment is great. However Capital Hot Tub doesn't seem to care about customers once they've made their purchase. The whole point of paying a premium price is to avoid this kind of hassle, and not have to DIY fix your stuff on the weekend.

My pool was a disaster last year before he took over with the maintenance of it. I was in the hospital with cancer and bone marrow transplant treatment at VCU Massey Cancer Center in Richmond, VA for many months. The pool looks great and he and his technicians are always willing to go the extra mile. He cleaned the white steps into the pool so well they looked bleached, but he used the appropriate chemicals to make them look great. I am glad I hired him.

Many issues: -Concrete color is salmon, not tan, even AAA workers have said they don't think it is the color they intended -$10k in damages to asphalt driveway (that we were assured by the owner wouldn't happen because we would start our build in January when the ground is frozen) -Major grading issues that causes pool to flood any time it rains -Project abandoned by Brian in August 2021 -Firepit was thrown off to the side and not incorporated into our design -Poor Quality/Workmanship with concrete: no 90° angles, crooked lines, sharp surface, etc. -Tan fence installed with 3-4 different shades (after wrong fence color against our HOA was delivered) -Backwash line overflows/doesn't drain and is eroding our basement foundation and retaining wall -Not enough characters to continue this list. May 2022: Still waiting on project to be finished/corrected. No urgency because this is their "busy season" and have new pools to install. This is the biggest financial mistake I have ever made. Richard Shaver (owner) sat at my breakfast table and told my husband and I that he would build us a backyard oasis. He talked about God and doing good for people. Haven't heard from him since the day we signed the contract. I would love for him to photograph our project and proudly present it on his social media without using Photoshop. If this is how they treat potential customers at the very beginning of the process, it really makes you question how they would handle a major project or any problems after installation. This franchise comes across as completely irresponsible when it comes to basic communication and follow-through. With an active hornets nest on my deck, I ordered two cans of pesticide to kill them. This morning at 9:12am I received a text stating my order was picked up and on the way. I live around 2 miles from the Lowes but had a remodeling construction company coming to my house and had to stay home. At 5:10pm I received another text stating I would receive my order tomorrow between 12 and 4pm, some 36 hours later after it was picked up. Then when I did a chat with LOWES customer service, and asked could they ensure my order could be prioritized and delivered in the morning vice afternoon, I was told to "call FEDEX" with my concern. UNSAT!!
