They do such a great job closing the pool that is it always ready to use within 24 hours of opening in the spring - clear water and perfectly balanced chemicals. This year, I unfortunately had mice eat through some of the elements for my pool heater and Dima came out to troubleshoot and fix quickly. He even cleaned out the mess the mice had made and took steps to deter them from coming back. Dima also spent a great deal of time completely rewiring my pool pump and equipment (it was wired wrong by the pool builder) so I could control everything via the app. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy residential pool service definitely use DMV Pools!

Michael is a Pool Wizard!…read more Due to my own neglect from not closing and covering the pool last year, what was once a pool was quickly turning into a pond. Michael came out, educated me on what causes algae and simple ways to prevent it, then got right to work. He came fully prepared and brought all of his own equipment, which prevented having to run all of the algae and debris through my pool system. I'll admit, I was skeptical that he would be able to get it done the same day, not that he would be able to bring it back to clear, but skeptical about it being done in one visit as it was REALLY bad. I've opened the pool myself in previous years dealing with the same algae situation, but not quite as bad as this year and it took me days and an obnoxious amount of money spent on chemicals as advised by the local pool store. Michael had it from green to clear in only about 3 hours, and that was with me constantly interrupting him and asking questions the whole time. He was more than reasonably priced. He did not try to gouge or take advantage of the situation, just all-around honest guy. Michael is polite, passionate about what he does, and extremely professional. He truly knows his stuff. In the 12 years of having this pool, this has been the most positive interaction and outcome I've had with any professional who serviced my pool. I highly recommend Michael, or as I have appropriately renamed him, "The Pool Wizard." You absolutely will not be disappointed!

Also the level of customer service he gives is incredible and I have worked with major pool cleaning companies before but I will be staying with him from now on. Very reasonable price and he is not the type of person that comes in start the timer in the clock, he will make sure the pool is completely clean before going even if it goes beyond his time.

We recently had our above ground pool repaired (liner, pump and sand filter) by MGN Pools. Our…read morepool was disgusting and had not been used for about 12/15 years. We sought out three estimates. One company would not do the job. Another company was extremely high, would not make the arrangements for the pool fill, it would take two to three weeks for delivery and installation, nor did they suggest installing the foam wrap to go around the pool walls to protect the liner as did MGN Pools. MGN Pools were very prompt coming out and giving us an estimate, and within 5 days, they started working on the pool. We have never had a company provide us with a copy of their business license or a certificate of liability insurance--this made us feel extremely comfortable with our decision to go with MGN Pools. They arranged for the water trucks, provided start up chemicals, installed the liner, pool pump, sand filter, skimmer and the foam wrap for the walls. It is obvious that the project manager goes out of his way to make customer relations and satisfaction his priority, and we are very impressed with the way he responses in a timely manner. The gentlemen who did the actual work were helpful in explaining the process, they worked diligently, represented MGN pools in a very professional manner, and were very particular with their workmanship as well as with the cleaning up all debris and taking it away each day. We can only conclude by saying, we wish we had known MGN Pools years ago as we would have had the pool opened sooner. We are looking forward to the continued service of MGN Pools.ur review helps others learn about great local businesses. We had strictly followed all their instructions on brushing the pool and maintaining chemical balance. (We have been owners of this pool so do know how to maintain chemical levels).MGN wants to claim it is calcium deposits due to high PH levels. We even purchased an electronic monitor and have needed to add acid every 2-3 days. MGN has done several efforts to correct the issue in draining the pool and doing an acid wash this spring. This did not correct the problem and even made it look worse (see pictures). We have requested multiple times that they redo the resurfacing. They continue to blame us and now I am left with a pool that looks awful. This has costs a great deal of money. A year later we are still adding acid every 2-3 days as well as the cost of refilling the pool a second time. I wish we had never dealt with this company!

Choosing Mazariegos Brothers to renovate our pool was the best decision I made as a pool owner…read more From the very moment we first met Elmer, and he proposed his solutions, we knew we would be in good hands. In fact my review today is to convey to other perspective customers that Mazariegos Brothers truly performed beyond every expectation. I believe much of our great experience was because of Mazariegos' culture of caring and appreciating their customers. Elmer was onsite everyday to follow-up with the crew and keep us posted on the next day's events. The workmanship and attention to every detail was outstanding, and at the end of the day the crew left the worksite better than when they arrived. A+++ to Mazariegos Brothers. Thank you for taking great care of us!

We ended up deciding to replace all the pool pipes and deep end drain. During the process, we also decided to replace several concrete pool deck slabs. Magerrios Brothers were awesome during this whole process and pivoted with us when we made the changes. Jason Fach was our project manager and was super responsive with any questions or concerns. All the people we dealt with were friendly, professional, and helpful to make this an enjoyable process. The project is now complete. The pool is closed for winter so we'll find out how well the pipes work in the summer time but all the pressure testing went well. The concrete slabs look great. We wish we could have done the whole pool deck since now we have weird patches with new versus old, but that was all we could do at the moment. We look forward to contracting again with Magerrios Brothers to renovate the inside of the pool and hope to get Jason again for our project manager.
