I was in the hospital with cancer and bone marrow transplant treatment at VCU Massey Cancer Center in Richmond, VA for many months. The pool looks great and he and his technicians are always willing to go the extra mile. He cleaned the white steps into the pool so well they looked bleached, but he used the appropriate chemicals to make them look great. I am glad I hired him.

Yet when I asked to mail the key back (I'm 2+ hours away now), I was told we're a joint lease and we need to "work out" giving the key back together. Other than that- there is a frequent lack of communication from this community. One random day in December I got a text from the father of a member of the company who said he worked there and wanted to do a walk through of the property. Ex-military officer and won't take responsibility for his actions. You can see it's so clear in his response that he's obsessed with "being the boss". It's not about "being the boss", it's about running a legitimate business and dealing with the things that come with that, like a negative review. In his attacking email he again talks about my home being a vacation rental. This just proves he does not have the capability of taking the time and reading through a couple sentences to realize that my home is NOT a vacation rental. He is just now telling me it's outside his geographical area even though I NEVER told him where my home was. I don't think it's a matter of which home you choose or not choose to take in, it's going to be a matter of people not wanting to go to you in the first place. All I can say is buyer beware and judge for yourself if you want to trust your home with this man or not.
