We appreciate that gesture and their willingness to address some of our concerns. While our original experience and the delays remain unchanged, it is only fair to acknowledge their effort to make things better. After more than six weeks, our pool liner project is still not complete because Millennium Pools has measured the liner incorrectly multiple times. We are now waiting for a third liner and hoping it finally fits. To make matters worse, the company removed our old liner and left our pool empty and without a liner for two weeks while we wait for the replacement. What should have been a routine liner installation has turned into a lengthy and frustrating process. The company has offered no discount or compensation for the delays, inconvenience, or loss of use of our pool, despite the fact that the mistakes were entirely their own. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company and expected better service, communication, and accountability. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Millennium Pools.

In June 2022, I signed a contract for a residential swimming pool project and paid a deposit. The agreement was contingent upon securing financing. Despite repeated efforts over more than three years, I was unable to obtain financing and formally canceled the contract on December 15, 2025. No construction work was ever performed. In addition, I personally paid for all permits, permit extensions, and design expenses related to the project. Despite providing documentation showing financing denial and making multiple good-faith requests, the company has refused to refund my full deposit. They have offered only a partial refund, even though the project never moved forward and no services were delivered corresponding to the funds being retained. I was transparent throughout the entire process regarding my financing status, yet that transparency has not been reciprocated since cancellation. Retaining a large deposit under these circumstances is deeply disappointing and, in my opinion, unfair to the consumer. As of March 2026, this matter remains unresolved, and I am pursuing formal complaints and legal options to recover my funds. Consumers should carefully review contract terms and fully understand refund policies before committing to any agreement with this company. Monique

They do such a great job closing the pool that is it always ready to use within 24 hours of opening in the spring - clear water and perfectly balanced chemicals. This year, I unfortunately had mice eat through some of the elements for my pool heater and Dima came out to troubleshoot and fix quickly. He even cleaned out the mess the mice had made and took steps to deter them from coming back. Dima also spent a great deal of time completely rewiring my pool pump and equipment (it was wired wrong by the pool builder) so I could control everything via the app. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy residential pool service definitely use DMV Pools!
