Despite repeated efforts over more than three years, I was unable to obtain financing and formally canceled the contract on December 15, 2025. No construction work was ever performed. In addition, I personally paid for all permits, permit extensions, and design expenses related to the project. Despite providing documentation showing financing denial and making multiple good-faith requests, the company has refused to refund my full deposit. They have offered only a partial refund, even though the project never moved forward and no services were delivered corresponding to the funds being retained. I was transparent throughout the entire process regarding my financing status, yet that transparency has not been reciprocated since cancellation. Retaining a large deposit under these circumstances is deeply disappointing and, in my opinion, unfair to the consumer. As of March 2026, this matter remains unresolved, and I am pursuing formal complaints and legal options to recover my funds. What we thought would be an easy project to replace a skimmer, turned into a major project when we…read morefound out we had several leaky lines in our pool pipes. We ended up deciding to replace all the pool pipes and deep end drain. During the process, we also decided to replace several concrete pool deck slabs. Magerrios Brothers were awesome during this whole process and pivoted with us when we made the changes. Jason Fach was our project manager and was super responsive with any questions or concerns. All the people we dealt with were friendly, professional, and helpful to make this an enjoyable process. The project is now complete. The pool is closed for winter so we'll find out how well the pipes work in the summer time but all the pressure testing went well. The concrete slabs look great. We wish we could have done the whole pool deck since now we have weird patches with new versus old, but that was all we could do at the moment. We look forward to contracting again with Magerrios Brothers to renovate the inside of the pool and hope to get Jason again for our project manager.

While our original experience and the delays remain unchanged, it is only fair to acknowledge their effort to make things better. After more than six weeks, our pool liner project is still not complete because Millennium Pools has measured the liner incorrectly multiple times. We are now waiting for a third liner and hoping it finally fits. To make matters worse, the company removed our old liner and left our pool empty and without a liner for two weeks while we wait for the replacement. What should have been a routine liner installation has turned into a lengthy and frustrating process. The company has offered no discount or compensation for the delays, inconvenience, or loss of use of our pool, despite the fact that the mistakes were entirely their own. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company and expected better service, communication, and accountability. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Millennium Pools.
