We had a fantastic experience working with DMV Pool Service. Our pool pump died and we ran into some challenges in getting it repaired. We received a recommendation to look into DMV to help us with the repairs and we did notice they had good reviews. We called DMV and within an afternoon we had an estimate as well as a contract for service the next day. The estimate was fair and we were fortunate that DMV had a new pump in stock considering the ongoing supply chain issues as we come out of the pandemic. Dmitry arrived early on the day of the repair and replaced our pump. Our pool is back and running after being offline for a couple of weeks. We learned a valuable lesson that sometimes you don't have to rely on national chains to service your pool. There are great local companies who can be much more responsive to your needs. Our experience with DMV was a refreshing change from what we had been dealing with for weeks in trying to repair the pump. We did not have to wait weeks, we had our repair completed the next day at a fair price. Not only would we use DMV again for any future pool issues but moving forward, whenever we have issues at our home we will look for good local businesses to help us out first. read more

I never take the time to write a review.But this time I can't not do it.I always wanted a house with a pool but never thought about the maintanence of it or the fact that we don't know anything about pools at all. Dimitri is incredibly helpful on the phone, trying to problem solve and help new pool owners understand the pool pump, filtering process and other functions. He responds quickly; and patiently explains things in a helpful way. His crew is excellent; punctual, professional and also very knowledgeable/informative.
