Jacuzzi is the absolute top of the line and has special massaging jets that the others just don't have. I'm a disabled vet with some ortho issues and my Jacuzzi hot tub helps a lot to help ease through a lot of ortho pain. Well, nobody wants to get into a moldy hot tub. Especially one that the heater has forgotten when to say enough is enough... I went in to see Kevin in the Fredericksburg Premium Billiards and Jacuzzi store. Kevin is the GM for the area and lucky for me, he happens to call our Fredericksburg store... home base. He took the time to hear everything that was going on with my hot tub. He carefully considered every issue and then he spent probably 15 minutes hand writing out a full page of instructions for me and collecting all the chem's and replacement filters I'd need to get my hot tub back to factory settings again... and he got a trouble ticket in under my warranty to get my heater fixed. They are always very polite and do the job in a timely fashion. They are very knowledgeable and give good recommendations. We downgraded our felt this time and they let us know that the balls will move a little slower than it did with our higher end original felt. They are not pushy sales people, they were only letting us know so we could make an informed decision on the choice that we were making. Linda has been awesome as well. She's always fun to talk to and is always professional. I would recommend them to any one that is moving a pool table. Update: When we called about having our pool table moved and the felt updated, Linda gave us a website that had different color felt and numbers from which we could order. We told her we wanted the blue and gave the number to which she said was a beautiful blue. When they moved our pool table, the movers were very professional, but the felt was the wrong color. My girlfriend called Linda and couldn't get a word in. This is very disrespectful and horrible customer service. The felt that we have now is green, not blue like we asked for.
