This place is awesome and a new go to pawn shop for me in NOVA. Very knowledgeable and nice staff. Crazy good supply of watches, jewelry, bullion, etc. Plus a good value for your buck. Definitely going back and definitely going home with some bullion again. read more

attention vets, l.e., military, general good people: do not do business with this or any of their other locations. after a phone call indicating i had 2 carat, 18k gold ring, i was invited to the store for a general estimate. the sales rep asked the manager for the price disgussed (who was a complete d*ck) he gave a quote for 14k gold as $400. the rep corrected and said 750 grams?? of 18kgold solid. the manager said "yea, same price". mind you, my vet son had emergency surgery so i needed to help him. the managers attitude was a complete jackazz, rude, and dismissive. therefore, i do not recommend anyone, anywhere do business with this ahole. read more

awe t to Pawn USA Today to sell a very rare/limited edition Spyderco Burch Chubby Titanium pocket knife that is no longer in production (going on EBay for $400) and an also super rare and expensive Direware P-90 titanium and carbon-fiber flipper knife (going for $1100+ on collector sites). The older man at the counter offered me $35 for each knife. I tried helping him by showing him websites that had pictures of the knives I was trying to sell with prices, as well as current EBay listing of my exact knives, but he kept comparing my items to cheap totally different knives on EBay. This place may be okay if you're trying to sell cheap crap, but if you have anything of value, stay away. You'd be better off donating your expensive items to a charity and writing them off at tax time than trying to sell it to Pawn USA on Smoketown Road in Woodbridge. I've sold stuff before here and was helped by the younger lady at the counter and she offered me very fair prices. If you do go here to try and sell your items BEWARE of the older oriental Man...HE IS CLUELESS (and that's being overly kind). read more

Funky shop with a squirrelly layout. Brokers show items. Shop is filled to ceiling. A true rummage sale. Rebel review: 3 read more

I've been a customer for several years. Always great customer service. Items used for loan alway given back in the same condition. Never had to worry about my valuable items. This is the only shop I trust. Fair value for selling or loans in my opinion. I drive 2 hours to use this shop instead of some of those other shady places. Great selection of items and good prices. read more

They have very very bad attitude they give me very hard time they don't sell the gold in international prices

My wife and I came in looking for engagement and wedding rings. Aaron helped my wife on the first day pick out an engagement ring. I wasn't able to shop there that day it was a little nervous about her being taken advantage of but Aaron was forthcoming an extremely helpful. I actually came in the following day for my wedding band and Aaron was just as patient with me as he was with my wife the previous day. He truly is an asset to pawn USA and I highly recommend this establishment. Also my ring needed to be sized and their jeweler was out of town for a few days but Tom had a quick fix and sent me to another jeweler who could do it same day since she and I were in a crunch to obtain wedding rings. Thank you Aaron and Tom for all of your hard work and patience. My wife and I will definitely be back. read more

I was looking for a ring and Aaron who was the rep who helped my son and I was very nice and helpful. He stuck with us for the entire time as we looked through their cases. We had a wonderful experience and we recommend this place and Aaron. Thanks for everything!! read more

I've purchased items here at great prices and pawned and sold items, as well, over a multi-year period, going back 10 years, or more. Every staff member I have ever encountered has been very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I do not get a feeling that they are "scamming", as I've read in other reviews. This is a business, so obviously, they need to make money. There is a price to doing business, but I have always felt that they are fair and forthright, and very courteous. I recommend this shop! Thank you! read more

I have been going to Pawn USA for over 15years. I've bought everything from tools, to my wife's extensive jewelry collection. The staff is top notch with helping me pick out the perfect gift no matter what the occasion. I love this store and has recommended to all of my family and friends. read more

Spoke to Aaron & because of him I drove 1 1/2 hr from MD to sell my brand new saint laurent with tags on still which purchased for $1600 with tax & I was told they'd give me only $500 For it. WHAT!? Ok my expectations weren't to get retail price but atleast not such a lowball offer either ESPECIALLY for a brand new bag. Heather was less than accommodating and not pleasant. When I asked if I were to purchase a bag from them would they work with me on the price for my bag and she didn't want to budge. Heather, next time try chewing your gum less loudly & with your mouth closed & have an attitude adjustment so maybe people will want to do business. What a waste of time. Aaron was nice and accommodating but because of heather I won't be back. read more

Called to purchase or hold item over the phone. Was assured item would be held for me for several days, and that they didn't want to take payment info via phone but would set aside and transact in person. Made 2 hour trip to buy my item, made a point of coming the very next day so they wouldn't have to hold item for 3-4 days. Arrived and was told item had been sold to someone else AFTER I was promised it. No one even bothered to even call me. They absolutely knew I was coming to purchase item, knew who I was when I walked in the door, and apologized but took zero accountability for the fact that I had been promised it first. Started out so excited to have found them for this and future purchases, but clearly wasted my time and spent lots of time and effort on a wild goose chase. Wouldn't recommend and do certainly question their honesty/integrity. read more

Went in to sell a camera. Me a and a sales man agreed on a price but he didn't have a memory card to test it so said if I can bring a memory card back, they'll buy it. I waited for traffic to die down but went back later that day. He wasn't there but a lady was there who saw me talking to the original guy. There was another sales man there who confirmed that the original sales man just wanted proof that it shot pictures and he'd buy it but she had to put her two cents in about how it was making a "weird noise@ whenever she turned it on and didn't want to buy it. I explain that was the focusing motor in the camera but she said that I was wrong and the camera "wasn't right". The other salesman convinced her to just but it from me but put the original salesman name on it. Honestly, I've never had such bad experience with inconsistent customer service. read more

Excellent customer service I would recommend people to pawn USA. They work with you I can always appreciate them for that.

Had an issue and the owners contacted me directly and right away to resolve it immediately. You can tell they really care deeply about running a good and honest business. They get an A++ for excellent customer service. I would shop here again! read more

I went into this pawnshop because you never know what you're going to find in there and what kind of deal you will get I have bought over 35 items there in the past two years I absolutely love this place I took my engagement ring that I got for my fiancé there so they could resize it I was shocked by how much it cost it was under $75. Customer service is outstanding it's not like other pawnshops when you walk in and feel like a criminal walking around while there watching you like a hawk. I will highly recommend talking with Mark he is a wonderful guy he has the best business and what grade you my honest opinion he would do anything for you and give you top dollar. read more

I've always had great experiences purchasing from here. In the past, I've purchased cameras and gear from here for my photography classes.

This place is great, as a buyer. They have always given us great prices. Huge selection on jewelry. Super friendly. I recommend others to come hire. They have an actual jeweler to work on and appraise jewelry so that's pretty awesome. read more

Fantastic service. I'd like highlight two member's of the staff that continuously perform at an outstanding level: Richard and Billy. They always go above and beyond to help. I walked in there to finally get rid of my wedding and princess cut ring. The wedding ring was 14k with a large diamond stone in the center and 18 smaller diamonds surrounding, high quality purchased at a few bucks shy of $5000. The princess cut was 14k with 13 diamonds. They had the audacity to offer me $250 for both! Having held onto them for so long with no desire to continue looking around or keep them in my wallet, I asked if they'd give me at least $500 for it, still a major steal for them, right!? I got the old head shake with your usual sleezy pawn shop excuses and said that's the highest they could go. Forget this place. Their popularity has gone to their head. read more

I called this place three times in a row each time the person picks up the and say Absolutely nothing , so when i go in the store later i will be purposely calling in the while I'm in the store so i can see how they do then ima correct them on it , Covid -19 has nothing to do with picking up the phone with the correct PPE On to be handle what the business is for . read more

Best pawn shop around! They get amazing things in the store. I have gotten new MacBook Pro's. Samsung 3D TV's, Rolex watches. Prices are very competitive and they don't mark the prices up and then pretend to give you a big discount. If you get 15% off the marked price it's less than other Pawn Shops after haggling. All the managers are great but I deal with Billy. read more

Six star service hands down. Very respectful staff they even gave me what I asked for despite gold numbers being down.

Best customer service. The lady was super friendly and patient with us as we picked the perfect ring. Highly recommend!

I went in yesterday ( Black Friday) to do a little Christmas shopping and walked out with way more than I thought I would! I went in to get a game system for my son, but ended up getting some amazing deals on a large screen tv, an iphone, a drill set that was like new, and some gorgeous jewelry for my daughter, mother in law, and myself! I had a few pieces of old gold jewelry in my purse that I was contemplating selling or melting down, but the gold buying place in Manassas I had taken it to offered peanuts, so I still had it. I thought I'd give it a shot here, not expecting much after reading another Yelp review, but boy was I surprised! They gave me almost 3 times what I was offered at the other jewelry shop for my diamond ring and broken gold chains and charms! So I used it towards my new purchases! I love Pawn Usa and will definitely go there again! - hoping my hubby will go there when he plays Santa-what a selection of diamonds- momma wants one!!!!! read more

I think pawn shops are sad that social media and apps are replacing them so they try to BS you on prices. Especially this one it's 2017 if you want to buy or sell anything just use the various apps or social media outlets. read more

im going to start this off by saying I WILL NEVER COME HERE EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! and i repeat NEVER AGAIN. They undervalue everyones items, and they extremely lowball offers! Me and my family have gone to Pawn USA for over 10 years. The amount of jewelry they have is enormous. So much more than a regular jewelry store. You can pretty much get anything here from new to used. I have purchased many things from here and always pay much less than in the store. If you haven't ever been in a pawn shop before, check them out. It's huge. The staff is great. read more
