Diamonds for my inspection prior to building my eternity ring.

Fabulous jeweler. Attentive and customer focused. Excellent quality. I have 100% trust and confidence in them.

I recently had the best experience at Chrysella with Andrew. Last year my husband upgraded my wedding rings. The original jeweler is in NYC, and I have been looking for a good trustworthy local jeweler to clean and maintain my jewelry as needed. I saw that Chrysella came highly recommended by other Yelpers so I gave them a try. I checked the hours on Yelp and they would be open, I planned to swing by after grocery shopping at Wegmans. I got there right at 10:30 am and walked in; the gentleman (Andrew) was surprised and politely explained that they weren't open till 11, but the door was open for a delivery. I quickly showed him the hours on Yelp and he apologized and said how can I help you (explained that they had changed the hours on google to 11, but had not updated Yelp)! I pried my rings off to show him the missing stone, and my concerns that the crawled prongs on my center stone was lifting. He carefully reviewed and talked through what he saw under the magnifying glass, and confidently confirmed they could repair my band and my engagement ring. I took a deep breath and embarrassedly explained that I didn't want to leave my most prized possession with a stranger. He smiled and understood completely; and had a plan. I could leave my eternity band for repair and when it's ready for pickup the jeweler could file down my prongs on my engagement ring while I waited! I was ecstatic; he took pictures for records then filled out some quick forms. With in a few days Andrew called to pick up my band and to work on my engagement ring prongs. I came into the store and to my surprise he is the jeweler, he is the the certified GIA Gemologist! Andrew took my ring to the open view workroom and got to work repairing my prongs. Within 15 minutes he had filed down, polished and cleaned my ring. In addition the store and jewelry are beautiful and modern. I will be back for all my jewelry needs in the future, thank you Andrew.

Asia and Andrew were wonderful throughout the process of ring shopping. My fiancé and I considered a few different stores and Chrysella was, by far, the best in terms of customization and being willing to work with us to get us our dream ring. Other stores we visited (especially large chain ones) had only certain offerings and customizing anything added thousands. At Chrysella, they customize each ring, making sure to work within your budget to get you exactly what you're thinking of. The customizations were incredibly detailed, including the shape of the prongs holding the center stone, how many millimeters thick the band should be, and the dimensions ratio of the center stone (not just the carat weight). In addition to perfecting the setting's details, they also hand-pick a diamond for you based on your requirements and Andrew truly went above and beyond in this area (even getting us a diamond 1 color grading higher than our requirement). After everything is designed, they 3D print a wax mold of your ring and let you see that plus the loose diamond in-person to approve both before making the actual ring. None of the other stores we visited offered a 3D printed prototype and that really helped us feel confident in our decision before moving into the final ring production stage. After you get the ring, they will handle any sizing issues at no charge. It's a local family-owned business that truly cares about getting you the ring you envisioned. Absolutely would recommend!

a minute ago I had an amazing experiencing at Chrysella when shopping for an engagement ring. The process was tailored to me as a client and taken at my own pace, with the help of Andrew. He listened to what I wanted and helped me design a beautiful custom rose gold ring for my now fiancée! I proposed yesterday and she was in awe of the ring. We are both extremely happy with the quality and delicacy of the ring. I would highly recommend this family owned business to anyone searching for engagement rings and fine jewelry!

Designed our engagement ring here and enjoyed every part of the process. The 3D model of the ring made it feel so more real! Thank you.

It felt a little scary to order from a jeweler almost 3000 miles away. The process was easy over all. My ideas were met with integrity and creativity. My ring is spectacular, stunning and a showpiece! With good and consistent communication, my ring was cast and made. We communicated both thru text and on the phone when either party felt the need to clarify. I would trust this jeweler for any future needs! Perfect craftsmanship and honesty. Thank you Quinn Goldsmith!!!

I got one voicemail message from Quinn that my ring was ready. Only one. So, in January, I remembered and went to get it. It was too small. The jeweler tried to convince me that it was not. I could not get the ring on. Finally he said he will resize it again. He said it would be five minutes and proceeded to do the work. All I heard was banging. He was stretching the ring. He did not do it the proper way. For the price I paid, $128.79, he should have cut it, and added gold to it. This was the process the jeweler around the corner explained her process, so I left a 2nd ring with her that same day, that I had intended to leave with Quinn's. Quinn's is overpriced, with a horrible selection. Their staff knowledge is questionable. Two, the one with helping me and another salesperson were debating the worth a two pieces jewelry with the one with less gold being more expensive.

Naranjo Jewelers - After Repairs - Indian head ring - Frontal view

One ring (pink) had the stone with it, but I told them that I wasn't sure if it was fractured or simply fell out. The other ring, a gold-plated indian head, with garnet eyes and Cz headband stones, had a missing stone on only one side - the ring was given to me with that stone completely missing when I purchased it from another business. I told myself that one day when it bothered me enough I would take it in and get it repaired. They said the price for repair to both would be $45, and I was fine with that. 2 days later I got the call to come pick them up. I was decently happy with the work performed, but they did have a few nit-pick issues with the work. The stones on the pink ring were blended in seamlessly and I couldn't tell which side had been replaced vs which side was original. My concern with the repairs made, and why my rating is like it is, comes down to the indian head ring. The stones were both replaced, and in doing the replacement they were not size-matched well to what should have been set into the piece. They seem almost too big, and like they weren't set in straight, or at least had the edges rounded down to fit the piece. One is turned outward so much that the edge of the stone is easy to catch on things, and the corner is visible. It might just be something that I notice, but for me it will be something that draws my attention every time I see it. Additionally, at no point was it offered to repair the finish on the ring to make it look better. I would have loved to have had it fully restored, and after these repairs were made you can REALLY see that it needs it, in the areas that were effected. I always take photos of before and after, for insurance purposes, and have provided those here for all to see, as a true no-BS glimpse into the quality of work provided - both the good and not-so-good. Would I say that I was pleased with my visit to Naranjo Jewelers? So-so. They did great work on one ring, and then not poor, but sub-par work on the other ring. They didn't do a bad job, but they didn't do a perfect or amazing job, as expected. And about 5 minutes after posting my reviews, the stone on the right side of the indian head ring just falls out...
