She was unbelievably kind and respectful of my grief, never rushing me and giving me time to process without worrying about getting the rings to her immediately. Even with a very short turnaround, she somehow made it all happen and completed everything before Christmas so I could give the pendants to the boys. Knowing how important this was to me, she went above and beyond. Throughout the entire process, Asia kept me informed every step of the way and truly made me feel like I was part of it. Her knowledge, warmth, and attention to detail are exceptional--anyone would be incredibly lucky to work with her. When I went in to drop off the rings, the shop owner and entire staff were just as kind and knowledgeable. The owner even advised me to save one of the rings instead of melting it down because it was a special Irish ring--something I had no idea about. That moment alone showed how honest and trustworthy this business is. I had dropped off my own necklace as a model for these necklaces, and when I went to pick up my necklace and the new necklaces, Asia had had the shop polish and clean my necklace. Again, just a small snapshot at how kind they are. Chrysella truly feels like a family business that genuinely cares about its customers. The pendants are absolutely beautiful and made with incredible quality. I am beyond grateful and impressed. I needed a wedding band and new that I wanted a custom job. I knew exactly what I wanted in my head but Jenny helped me bring it to life. She also introduced me to world of estate diamonds...let me see a "used" diamond at a fraction of the price. Who knew!! I will never buy diamonds full price again! (Not that I buy diamonds on a regular basis!) The band came out beautifully! They offered free engraving which I took advantage of. One of the reasons it is only four stars vs. five is the engraving is crooked. It makes my ring unique sure enough but is a little hard to read at the end. The second reason it only received four stars is about two weeks after I got married a stone fell out of the setting. Luckily I found it and Jenny was great about re-setting it and checking all the prongs. Four years later I have had no issues. I still periodically take it in for cleanings and everyone is always friendly and eager to help. P.S. If you follow them on Facebook they do a twelve days of Christmas giveaway each holiday time. I got one voicemail message from Quinn that my ring was ready. Only one. So, in January, I remembered and went to get it. It was too small. The jeweler tried to convince me that it was not. I could not get the ring on. Finally he said he will resize it again. He said it would be five minutes and proceeded to do the work. All I heard was banging. He was stretching the ring. He did not do it the proper way. For the price I paid, $128.79, he should have cut it, and added gold to it. This was the process the jeweler around the corner explained her process, so I left a 2nd ring with her that same day, that I had intended to leave with Quinn's. Quinn's is overpriced, with a horrible selection. Their staff knowledge is questionable. Two, the one with helping me and another salesperson were debating the worth a two pieces jewelry with the one with less gold being more expensive.
