Kevin does a fine job. Bought a used table from him that was in excellent condition even at 30 years. He set up and re-felted. Prompt, reliable and fair. Cost of the table and delivery were very reasonable. Highly recommended. read more

Kevin and his team were awesome in professional installing a brand new pro-size Brunswick table for my family. Good ole fashion American honesty. He is super knowledgeable and fair in his pricing. Just trust them to do any job. Wishing you the best of continued success. Thank you, Kevin and team for excellent work! read more

I bought a used pool table from a homeowner and had Kevin disassemble, deliver, and reassemble the table at my house. He did the job promptly, professionally, and at a fair price. It he also noticed that two of the rails were bad; the rubber was hard as a rock. I asked him to replace them, which he did, and he also put on new felt. Now I pretty much have a brand new 8ft table at a fraction of the cost. If we ever move, I will call Kevin again. read more

There are a lot of scammers out there, but Kevin is the real deal. An absolute straight shooter, I learned quite a lot about pool tables in the short amount of time it took him to deliver, install, refelt, and level. There may be some tables on Facebook Marketplace that look like good deals but by the time you add up additional delivery and installation fees along with refelting there's not a better deal around... and he takes care of everything including all you need to start playing right away with quality cues and balls. Can't say enough good things about this guy. read more

I highly recommend Higgin's Billiard Supply! Kevin only carries premier brands and he's transparent and efficient. As soon as I spoke to him, I knew I was in good hands. I had done a lot of research on my own before buying a pool table and could tell he was there with facts and wasn't looking to make a sale. He's knowledgeable about the products and gives great deals. I trust his judgment, and his installation process was first class. He keeps the customer top of mind, he even brought a table tennis top on the installation day because he heard we'd be interested in purchasing one at some point. If anyone wanted to get a pool table in the DMV area, my first recommendation is to reach out to Higgin's first! read more

Thanks Kevin for a great job today. I have a new pool table thanks to your work. It plays like new!! Highly recommend! Best pricing in the DMV. read more

They do nice very nice work. We wanted a used, quality slate table, and Kevin provided quick feedback and service. The table is perfectly balanced with really well installed felt (on the rails and slate). He took his time to make sure the set up was done well. Thank you! read more

Super nice guy. Had awesome customer service. He had a great helper. They Answered all my silly questions and had exactly what we wanted. We wanted a used table within our price range and he delivered, set up and felted the table to our color preference. Much appreciated and had a nice chit chat to boot! Thanks read more

I would echo what others have said. In my case I was looking for a table that Kevin did not even have. With in a week I got an email from Kevin letting me know he was going to be picking up a table that might suit my needs. He sent me an email with pictures, quoted me a price and we scheduled an install four days later. Yesterday they arrived ahead of schedule and worked straight through with no breaks until it was done about an hour or so later. Wyatt, and his helper couldn't have been more polite and it was obvious they have been doing this type of work a very long time. I couldn't be happier with Higgin's Billiards Supply and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used table or anything else billiards related. 5 stars all day long!! read more

We recently purchased a new pool table from Higgins. The price was reasonable and included delivery, set up, felt color of our choice and starter kit. I'd highly recommend. They were on time and very professional. We will definitely use them again in the future. read more

These guys are fantastic and provide excellent service at a reasonable price. Kevin and Kevin stopped by a week ago to assemble my pool table that has been in pieces for thirteen years. He discovered that I was missing some fasteners and said he would look into finding the ones I needed. Eventually I found the fasteners and he came back a week later and put it together in perfect shape. He used the 21 ounce felt, which is perfect for my needs. The price was nearly 40% cheaper than the competition. Really cool guy and would definitely recommend. read more

Kevin made arrangements on very short notice to disassemble our antique, heirloom pool table in McLean, VA and transport it to Flint Hill, VA. Although we don't have a room in which to set it up at this time, we won't hesitate to call on Higgins when we are ready. The care and efficiency with which these men handled my husband's grandfather's table was as good as any we've used on previous moves in the Washington area. Sandra R. read more

Very professional and nice guys. Have used twice and we have been very happy both times.

I have an old table that had not been used in years and wanted to have it checked over. I assumed the rails and cloth would need replacement. Honestly wished I could find the guy who did the work 10 or 12 years ago since it was brilliant but didn't know who it was. Kevin and Kevin came and as Kevin Higgins walked in the door he mentioned he had been here 10 or 12 years ago....Karma. He tightened up the rails left it up to me to decide if I wanted new felt but pointed out that what was there was perfect. Helped me with a couple other minor issues simply because I don't know what I'm doing and he is a great resource. It is hard to find an honest, fair and talented business like this one. When my table does need work, or I want to sell it, Higgins Billiard's is the first call I will make. 5 Stars; You Bet! read more

I highly recommend Higgins Billiard Supply! Kevin and Preston went above and beyond to repair and move my damaged table. The price was fair, and the service was friendly and accurate. read more

I was looking for a used 8 foot pool table for my basement. I called Kevin and provided him with a budget and he quickly responded with a table that would suite my needs. Delivery came less than 3 days later. His staff was able to set up the table in less than an hour and provided me suggestions on where to place the table. I have three posts dividing the room and expected it to cause major problems. But the guys placed the table so well, I have yet to find the posts affecting my gameplay. They also included balls, sticks, and accessories, which I greatly appreciated. A well deserved 5 star! read more

Kevin and Kevin just left my house this morning after delivering a used 8' Olhausen Eclipse I purchased from Higgins Billiards. They gave a fair price for the table, explained every step of assembling and adding new cloth, and showed how they make certain the table is flat and level. Both gentleman were professional and obviously knowledgeable and moved quickly through the process while we had an enjoyable and cordial chat throughout the 2 hours 40 minutes. They arrived on time and left behind a beautiful table and a very satisfied customer. I would happily recommend Kevin Higgins and his company any time! read more

Kevin of Higgins Billiards Supply provided exceptional service on recovering my 9-foot pool table. Most welcome was his thorough knowledge of pool table construction enabling him to point out various problems that may develop over time, especially with the rails. With the previous company overtightening the rails, he and his excellent assistant, also named Kevin, ensured that no damage would be done to the rails when reinstalling them to the frame. Thankfully, where I thought I had three bad cushions, he demonstrated that the dead sound was caused by a small part of the cushion losing its glue from the rail. With a simple regluing of those small spots, the dead sounds disappeared. Furthermore, he advised that the cushions are very high quality and should never go bad. I saved considerable money by not replacing the cushions as I had thought was needed. It's great to work with someone that's highly professional and has integrity! I strongly recommend Higgins Billiards Supply for any work needed on your pool table! read more

Higgin's Billiard Supply was excellent and I seldom ever, ever give an excellent rating as there are always things to improve. However, I needed to move an eight ft Olhausen Pool Table from Ashburn to Woodbridge, Va. The sellers need to move the table quickly and we were in the Christmas week; they moved it morning 26 Dec. Higgin's Billiard Supply gave me a solid quote over the phone for travel, disassembly, reassembly and leveling, which I thought was a fair price. Of note, every call I attempted was answered quickly and provided excellent/honest customer service. I asked, two days prior to the move, if they could felt the table and they confirmed quickly; again, for a reasonable price. They arrived at the disassembly site, quickly and carefully disassembled the table, transported it to Woodbridge and assembled with placing the new felt. When done - the table was very nicely leveled, re-felted and perfectly situated in the room. They were completed by o/a 1100am, starting at 0800am, with leaving no mess. Then, Wyatt returned on 25 Jan, his Sunday, to make sure the table was still perfectly leveled and had no issues. I've had many things moved over my 30 years in the Army and cannot remember a single time there wasn't some issue with a move. This move had superb pre, during and post movement service. Customer service is an oxymoron for most businesses but my experience with Higgin's Billiard Supply and Wyatt specifically was excellent. Absolutely a first choice! read more
