This is so refreshing from the all too often experience of trying to get the attention of some unhappy employee with mediocre knowledge who seems to do everything possible to avoid you. After explaining the issue no one else could help me with, it became clear I was dealing with experts in their field. They handled my project quickly. And it was perfect. They even got rid of some distracting parts in the background of my image before submitting it to the printers for a large canvas I was doing. And they understood all the technical crap that is over my head regarding size, resolution, PPI, PDI, LMNOP etc. It could not have been a better experience. I was also impressed with the number of services offered, including photography classes! So, If it has to do with photography or framing, Photoworks is my new place to go. Sincerely, Alan
