Leslie was meticulous, explaining every step, recommending plexiglass over glass, and even hunting down a hard-to-find frame to complete the look. When my husband spotted a small area that needed repair, she reassured us that Omer, the conservator, would handle it with care. Fast forward 1.5 months--Garuda is back, beautifully repaired, mounted, and framed to perfection. They went above and beyond, and we couldn't be happier. We have not yet used the framing services, but we just hosted our daughter's birthday party at Art Frame Solutions. Leslie was AMAZING with the girls, super easy to work with and very flexible. A resounding YES! I asked them to replace the glass on a custom piece that was broken during a move. The frame, too, was damaged from 30 years of moves with scrapes and scratches and a few nicks and gouges. They not only did a wonderful job at replacing the glass, but they went the extra mile and filled in the scrapes and scratches, nicks and gouges matching them almost indistinguishable to the wood grain color of the frame. I didn't ask for this, but they just saw that it needed it and went above and beyond returning more than asked. Who does this these days? This is the extra mile and I'm deeply impressed. I had mold set into a precious piece due to a broken water pipe behind a wall. The picture meant a lot and was not replaceable. Art frame solutions knocked it out of the park and were very generous with the price. Leslie and the other artists there are very professional and know there craft. I've sent my children to summer art classes here for years, as well as recommending the camps to friends. This is as comprehensive or as fun a camp as you want it to be. The materials are superior, the instruction unparalleled, and the overall experience unmatched. Children leave with finished artwork and hands on instruction in framing it themselves. The camp teaches artistic technique, builds confidence, and is loads of fun. Leslie and her girls are amazing with the kids. Leslie and her co-workers were very helpful when it came to framing two unique items - a large advertising poster and something that needed to be put in a shadowbox frame. They did the work quickly and even delivered one of the items when we couldn't fit it in our Jeep Cherokee. One of those rare instances where you get what you pay for.
