This has been the best work week since the lockdown began! Why? Last week, Morad sold my husband an Aeron chair. Now my husband is cool, comfortable, and way more relaxed after a long day. I worked with this company remotely to purchase a pre-owned high-end office chair, and I can say it was easily one of the best 'online' transactions I've ever had. From my initial email to them (which I think was on a Sunday afternoon), they wrote back in less than 10 minutes. The discussion continued over the next few days while I asked them an admittedly ridiculous number of questions, and they always got back to me in a timely manner, including sending over 30 detailed pics of the chair. This is a really, really good source for high-quality, preowned office chairs. After my neighbor told me about Office Chair Solutions, I decided to head there to pick up a specific model (Haworth Zody) I saw listed on their website. The sales rep was congenial, pleasant, and knowledgeable about the products. He didn't mind at all that I basically moved back and forth between this chair and a Nightingale CXO over course of an hour. I ended up loving the Nightingale and taking it home instead. The sales rep helped me load the chair (very heavy) after ringing it up. My *only* complaint (-1 star) is that the model I purchased is listed for $40 less on their website. I didn't realize at the time, because I hadn't considered this model. It's possible the price discrepancy was due to mine being a newer model than listed online, or having additional options (upgraded arms), or being in absolutely pristine condition. I still feel good about the value for the money, though. Everyone I saw -- sales rep + someone from the warehouse area in the back -- wore masks. Again, if you are on the lookout for a high-quality office chair, this is the place to go. Do your model research before you come, and be sure to compare the prices on their website to what's shown in the store. (They do price differently based on chair condition and options, so that's something to keep in mind.) Personally, I prefer this being a physical store to a Craigslist listing.
