He helped me assess whether it was more cost effective to repair or replace. He came out, fixed everything up and the total came in below estimate! His troubleshooting is incredible. When a later problem with the lights watchdogged the control board he diagnosed the problem to a single fuse over the phone. He sold me the fuse and showed me where to install it. Hole in the filter put a TON of diatomaceous earth into my pool. Have you ever tried to get diatomaceous earth out of the pool? The worst.
