When the part came in, I contacted them and was told they would get back with me. I waited a week and contacted them again only to be told they would get back with me in Another Week. Then was told I should call a "repairman". If they can't work on refrigerators, why did they bother to come work on mine in the first place?? Needless to say I will Never call them for anything. Their communication is lousy.

However, what I appreciated the most and where Drew went above and beyond is earlier this evening I noticed my upstairs carpet was wet. I ran downstairs and noticed a 8-10" water ring on my ceiling. I called Drew and without hesitation he said he'd be over soon, and walked me through shutting off the main and draining the system. He arrived within 30 minutes and said, "There's no way I can leave you without water overnight." He then immediately started addressing the issue. Vendor installed a Natural Gas Heater instead of Propane Heater. The new heater was not working…read moreproperly after installation, and vendor came back on site. Realized he installed the wrong type of water heater. Said he would order new part and come back to install it. Vendor ghosted me. Leaving my family (6 of us) without hot water for 27 days till i was able to get this mess rectified out with my insurance. This company is a fraud and i would recommend you do not invest your time and money. Vendor did not take accountability for their actions, disappeared and never contacted me. They insured the pump was installed correctly and took care of an issue that caused the old pump to very loud when injecting into the piping. We can not even hear the new pump run.
