Drain Guys quoted on the spot, and was extremely responsive regarding follow-up questions. The CIPP liner process is technically complex, and the team experienced some unforeseen complications. However, the skill, positive attitude, and perseverance of every team member when things got tough truly impressed me. They were able to come out first thing the following morning to take a look at the situation, turned the water valves all the way on, and sent me a detailed quote while they were still there (unfortunately they initially sent it to a wrong number so someone has my personal data :/ ). Pricing was on the higher end of what I expected, and I was planning to get estimates from other companies that responded on Yelp to compare, so I let them know I would be in contact. Later that evening, I went back downstairs and noticed a leak coming from the main water valve, which was not leaking prior to the drain guys' visit. I immediately sent a message with a video via yelp, and the rep responded saying they would contact the plumber and get back to me. It's been almost 2 weeks and I still haven't heard back, which is interesting as they were so quick to respond when I was potentially giving them business, but ghosted me when I held them accountable for causing a leak. Thankfully, a plumber from another company that responded to my yelp project came by and was able to tighten the valve to stop the leaking. Turns out the drain guys plumber had loosened the entire pipe/valve when he turned the knob all the way on, so it was a simple fix but something that they should have looked out for in the moment. Had I waited for the drain guys to come back my basement would have been flooded. I'm utterly disappointed in their lack of accountability and communication, and have no trust in their services if they were able to let me down on such a small matter.

Tyrisha Monroe assisted me (5-stars!). Each time I called in, I spoke with Tyrisha. She was extremely courteous, understanding, and helpful. She immediately scheduled a more experienced technician to my case. Within a few hours, Reggie was at my door (5-stars++!). Reginald Morton has serviced our furnace in the past. He is extremely professional, wise in his trade, and a genuinely nice man whom I gladly welcome into my home. Reggie worked hard, trouble shot the issue, explained everything to me, then made sure the entire space was nice and clean before he left. I have always been impressed with Reggie's quality of work and kind demeanor. I scheduled a service appointment because my heat wasn't working. When Tony arrived, I asked if the issue could be related to work done on my system in August. I went upstairs to turn on the heat for troubleshooting, and before I even made it back downstairs, the heat came back on. When I told Tony I could hear it running, I asked if he had done anything to the system he said "no". I asked more than once, and instead of explaining what might have happened, he tried to sell me a routine maintenance plan, which I declined. I was still charged an $85 service fee. The next morning, I read the service report and saw that Tony had written he "I found that the gas valve was in the off position after place gas valve in the on position system engaged properly and began heating home." He never mentioned the gas valve being off or that he turned it on during the visit. I'm confident the valve was turned off during Logan's previous visit in August when a coil was replaced and welding was done in the HVAC closet. I reached out to Tristan to discuss the report and request a refund. I haven't received a call back from him or anyone else at Logan. Instead, Tony called me. After this experience, I feel less confident in Logan Mechanical's transparency and customer service. I appreciated my first experience, but this recent interaction left me questioning their communication and integrity.
