First attempt was Thursday, he was able to snake through the pipe in the toilet claims he snaked about 6 ft but the backup came back 2 days later. We called Saturday and he came back Sunday evening to snake again but this time was only able to snake the cable for about 1 to 2 feet and informed us there was nothing more he can do after already paying him $851. He claimed we had a broken pipe!!! Ruined our bathroom marble floor when he used his snake machine and left the crude from the snake all over our toilet and bathroom walls!!!
